I've often thought that instead of photos of players, who might even be turning out against us by the time their month comes round, the calendar should have photos of great moments in the club's history from the relevant month.

February - That cup win at unbeaten Leeds or the win at Anfield.

April - Promotion to Div 1 celebrations.

August - That win at Highbury.

December - the cup win Div 3 rovers 1 - Div 4 City 2.

Anyone care to fill in the missing months?

Definitely would make more sense than some random player who as already pointed out may well not be here come that time anyway. Good idea.

Well, the Leeds win can be February because the Anfield win was January. :innocent06:

Atyeo would have to be in there somewhere. What a photo of him scoring his 'greatest goal' ever back in 1957 against Villa in the FA Cup? Have a photo of this somewhere. Unfortunately that was in February too!!

Any other ideas for where Atyeo could be included? First game and last game would be August/May I guess or maybe one of his England games in another month?

what a mad night that was - Ironic james threw his jersey into the watford fans that night before moving onto bigger an better things, will still never now why we had 3 sent off or why we had coins thrown at us by city in the watford stand, took me 5 minutes of kissing the city badge on my black and red shell suit to make them stop - good times, i can also remember the watford police tried to intimdiate the city by getting the dogs out - great night !
