No footballing brain or awareness of his teammates and runs down a blind alley more often than not. Get the most money we can for him and try and get a player that can work with Tammy rather than at polar opposites. He's improved hugely last 6 months, and played really well tonight in an unfamiliar role according to @Olé's match report. You simply don't get 19 goals at Championship level with 'no footballing brain' or 'no awareness of his teammates'. Our coaching staff have changed personnel completely several times since Bolasie left which makes your last point irrelevant. Bolasie is also a complete anomaly.
