Spike Posted October 29, 2022 Report Share Posted October 29, 2022 I swear sometimes we don't close down because we don't have any players who shoot from range so it's not something this team deal with in training. We've been solid in defense today but the goal has come from noone closing down on the corners. Silly thing is it almost happened again. We've had the chances to win this game, we've arguably been the better team for the majority of the match but we've not taken our chances and we've given up a goal to basic corner defending. I'm conflicted with them, Williams to settle the midfield makes sense, Long plays good long balls and Bell is nippy so maybe he's trying to get us behind the ball and hit on the counter Quote Link to comment
