Why would he get better out of them than march? He's not got that much of a track record in the prem, you could argue Nathan Jones has a better record and he failed abysmally. Sounds , on the surface a very confident , focused Manager. Yet hasn't managed to get a tune out of either of the other Clubs he's been in charge of. He is very easy to dislike too.
