Dan Robin Posted September 30, 2023 Report Share Posted September 30, 2023 (edited) I was particularly disappointed with the app: maybe I was the only one with this problem, but I couldn't see the match full screen by rotating the smartphone (whereas with the video of the official site the rotation worked). Then the stream didn't work at all, like it happened to me with the audio pass of the Preston H game: I pressed play but the video stopped every 2 seconds. I have since complained to Bristol City TV support, who have told me that nobody else has complained, so jog on. Has anybody else complained to them? A family member certainly had the issues described, and texted me just before half three to ask for help. The problem persisted til half time and they gave up, but tried again just in time to see Stoke's winner. I'm sure many people have complained so StreamAMG are jerking your chain. You could go back and say you are aware of lots of people with the same issue, so it was clearly their problem. I can watch on sky Wednesday, but if we can watch on rtv I'll make sure I do so I can report problems first hand. I'll even take a picture if they want. I've had my fair share of back and forth with streamAMG, Sleepy, and let's just say they're not the most astute communicators I've ever encountered. vicky10 Posted October 3, 2023 Report Share Posted October 3, 2023 My daughter watches RTV in Dubai and was also unable to watch the match ,had problems with the Leics match but nothing as bad as Saturday which was unwatchable after the first 15 mins.
