Just heard their CEO Martyn Starnes on radio Bristol, he said he can't remember who suggested the mutual agreement to leave.

Why not grow some balls and admit Clarke was sacked

Clearly a bullshitter of the highest degree

Yeah, just listened to this bloke (never heard of him or from him and he's been there for 6 months)

Absolutely blanked all of 20p's questions, he'd make a great politician, put him in charge of Brexit.

Looks like he’s practising for a future career as a Bruce Forsyth tribute act....and, with delicious irony, the photo below appeared in The Grimsby Telegraph, as it was taken at Cleethorpes Golf Club...

This thread was slipping down the page, so I thought I would bring this up.

I love the idea that the Walsall U23 was "aghast" when he read the teamsheets. Confused and unable to identify anybody maybe, but aghast? Still they managed to score 4 whole goals past the mighty Walsall U23's so roll on Saturday. :)

    Oh well, a win's a win.

Even if it is against Longwell Green under 12's

  4. Massive game for the blue few this weekend as they travel to the Stadium of Light for the FIRST TIME EVER!

Some of them still think that they are going up to Roker Park!

The last time they even played Sunderland in the League was at Trumpton in 1993, so now lets play guess the crowd.

Without looking it up, how many loyal and few, including the hordes of travelling Mackems made it along to Bath, it what was their final season at 'Championship' level (League Division 1 back then)

Twitter is fine - it might alert a savvy banker that they own a pile of ..... who demands his money back. Or a noble financier whose soul is troubled at this Yule tide and gives them a Xmas miracle. Personally I don't believe in Santa.

    Sell

I think they are hoping for 3 wise men to appear

  6. The family club have excelled themselves this time, gobbing in a ball boys face? FFS!

Doncaster Rovers manager Grant McCann has promised to seek out and punish the Rovers fans who spat in the face of a Bristol Rovers ball boy on Saturday.

"One of the ball boys from Bristol Rovers has come in crying his eyes out. If we find out who those fans are I'll make sure they'll get dealt with", he said.

"It takes two or three idiots to spit in a ball boy's face. I think it's embarrassing."

The “sadist” day in the clubs history? Surely every day is a “sadist” day when you indicate you support that lot and have to put up with the world looking at you like you’re some kind of freak...
