  1. She dropped a b*****k there, didn't she? Absolutely busted. It would be funny if it wasn't so sad.
  2. The club need to back him to whatever extent is possible this summer. The problems at this club extend back throughout the whole of Lansdown's tenure. We have only had fleeting success when we have had managers that stand up to him, and the only one of those that he would accept that from was his mate Gary Johnson. Coppell saw what was going on and ran for the hills. He stepped back long enough to let Dawe's man Cotterill get on with it until he couldn't help but interfere with the result that the best manager results-wise went absolutely fruit-loop. He needs to finally learn. And he needs to do it right now. With Pearson he has someone in between the 'non yes man' that he loved and the 'non yes man' that he hated. He has given him three years to deliver and he needs to suck up the home truths and stick to it.
  3. Judging by his avatar he must be the wolf that Pearson beat the **** out of.
  4. You are 'assuming' that I am angry. And you are wrong.
  5. I wouldn't presume or assume that I don't care for animal welfare if I were you
  6. You don't need to call for him to be sacked. You have expressed that 'opinion' often enough. Now you are trying to stir up a revolution by implying that loads of others are suddenly now of the same 'opinion'. There may well be a few more after today's performance, but I suspect hardly the sea change that you wish for.
  7. You have wanted Pearson out ever since he signed Danny Simpson and we all know it. Cue a whine about me "telling you your opinion" again...
  8. That's a narrative that you have been pushing for months.
  9. You know it's a bad day when David Prutton gets the score right.
  10. The remit of anybody given the Sunderland job in League One is to get promotion. He didn't. Just like he didn't here.
  11. He didn't have Ashton at Sunderland. And he still failed.
  12. Someone who can't speak English and doesn't know how to use a chair. No thanks.
  13. If I was the Horse With No Name, I would stay anonymous.
  14. To be fair, that WAS forty years ago. Otherwise, you are correct.
  15. I have to admit that I am struggling to see signs of things working out in the long run under Pearson, and that really ****ing annoys me, not least due to certain posters on here who have been waiting for him to fail since day one. I don't even think it's necessarily his fault. There has been something fundamentally wrong with this club for the entirety of this century so far.
  16. Because he had a bad game? He's one of our better players. How much that says at the moment is another question.
  17. Or he'll get 2 goals in a 6-2 defeat.
