South Africa's selection shows they're taking it seriously with their team selection, England messing around does take the piss a bit for the crowd. 

England - 'Everyone will get a game' and then don't give Overton a go all series, despite choosing to leave Morgan out so others get a game...?

Sacrificed the match by giving Livingstone a go, if it were a must win Morgan would have come in at 4 and it would have been a cruise. I know its never good to judge players on 1 game but Livingstone didn't show anything to think he could be an international T20 player.

Not county but shame Overton hasn't been handed his debut at Taunton after England said all new guys would feature at some point.

Compare it to watching England Vs New Zealand, and England Vs Australia in the ICC Tournament at £30 a time

That's the thing, I got tickets to Eng vs NZ and Eng vs Pak for just a bit more than the cost of a ticket to Taunton. So potential 200 overs vs a potential 40 overs. 

Considered it then looked at the prices, for a 20 over game its taking the piss a bit.

Hose is being given his chance in limited overs games and is doing well in fairness, perhaps they're happy with the progress he's making.

I was always of the opinion we should have just gone out and made our overseas signing a keeper while we couldn't find a good domestic one. Try and persuade de Kock, Wade etc to come over for a season. 

Can we just have an extra fielder at backstop then and pick an extra bowler or batter....

Yeah he was incredible, however I feel he would have worked his way back into the limited overs team in some capacity so don't know how much we'd have seen of him over the years.

Anyone else surprised by how badly Steve Davies has done since coming in? Only averaging 8.71 in first class cricket so far, I'd be looking at giving Ryan Davies a few games at this rate. 

Get to 200+ and we'll be in a decent position.

Well from what I can see the only former Somerset players who are currently in the IPL are Gayle, Anderson and Pollard...

That's some temporary stand thats been put in...

Living in Cardiff may as well go along to the game tomorrow, £10 being a student is good value (£15 as an adult just as good really).
