Given their firesale and lack of funds, what he's achieved is spectacular.

It's about the whole organisation though, so I'm not sure he'd be able to replicate the relative success here in our stellar set up.

Then we'd prolly need to tinker a bit and start Sykes yadda yadda yadda, but is it an impossible ask to play players in positions that utilise then properly?

I voted 'back', because I want to see how he manages us to the end of the season.

If he shows no genuine improvement then we can let him go then.

But even if they hadn't, you're right,  he's not sitting one of them on the bench is he.
