If Gavin Marshall is correct, it would seem so.
Yep, Gavin explained this at this month’s Senior Reds lunch.

Well done on finding it Mr P, though that to me looks like the restructure which other clubs were doing where, from having one company holding everything, we changed to a holding company (in which some fans still have shares) which wholly owned a club subsidiary and a ground subsidiary (Ashton Gate Limited).
This was done so that if the football club went bust then it wouldn't take the ground with it.
At that stage the freehold remained owned by AG Ltd and, through them, BC Holdings Ltd.
I will also have a poke about the accounts to see when the freehold went outside the Holdings group, as I said this is all news to me.
Steve & Maggie own the ground through Pula Sports.

Worth a watch.
Stuart Attwell was the VAR “official” and took so long reviewing surely proves nothing was clear and obvious. Also surprised there wasn’t an intervention for a red!

Playing Italy tonight KO 7pm at Doncaster
RoversUnited. Not sure if Bell will get a game, but I would think its likely given his experience and the fact that the U20s haven't had good results lately, team may benefit from a couple or three new faces.
Bell starts!

None of the seats have a good view.
Would make more sense having the standing facing in the other direction, as least they could watch some cricket!

Is this a club or fan led thing?
Think the City author Neil Palmer is the instigator…….

Would have been fun if instead we were playing Plymouth?

I hate to say his name is not one that I recognise
Not sure why he didn’t play more games for us as was with us a few years
Interesting that he signed for Liverpool for £60k didn't play a game for them but was then sold for a higher fee of £70k to Luton the following year
As others have said, he did have a number of injuries, but we also had a some great wide players during that time, so plenty of competition!

Remember him as a strong powerful player, disappointed when he was sold (nothing changes!) but pleased it was to a top club. Always looked out for his name on the Liverpool team sheet, but gave up when it never appeared!

Blimey, no wonder he got fined.
If anyone hasn't read it, in summary, the Argyle media guy was filmling in the corridors near the home dressing room and was allegedly called a "gay ****", "a bender", "a creepy ****" and "a paedophile" for doing so.
Trouble is, I don’t think those comments were proven?

Interesting to read the hearing report.
Interesting indeed - wonder if any of it is under oath?

That's a really good number, for some reason I thought it would be less than half of that.
No wonder they never seem to advertise for new members, they don't need to!
There were 5 new members introduced today!

How can we contribute if we don’t meet the senior red criteria?
Matt Parsons said that he was going to give the money collected today to Jasper who runs a homeless charity. Google suggests this is him and I expect they would be grateful for any direct donations……..

Did we win 4-0? If so that's the first game I can remember, although I am pretty certain it wasn't the first game I saw.
No, sadly it was 0-0 and the only time I saw John Atyeo play live, so never saw him score, but I did get his autograph!

Old stagers like me can remember the Ringside seats in front of the Williams stand enclosure. This was basically a bench that ran in front of the enclosure railings just by the side of the pitch. This gave a really different perspective of the match. I sat there once, next to the dugouts, and my overriding memory is of the awful pong of liniment from the players as they ran out of the tunnel
I sat on a ringside seat for my first ever game in 1966 versus Charlton Athletic!

50 years ago today Ray Cashley scored for City, with a long clearance from his own penalty area, against Hull City on a very gusty night.
Were you there?
Yep, I was!
