I would think the majority of his value is already in his account

I doubt any businessman would have that in his account especially with such little protection of it over what is it? 84k per bank account as long as that bank is not a member of an over arching body which owns other banks.

Anyhoooooo we could see less funding for players coming whenever the season ends new one begins.. could have to stand on our own two feet... just for those who want refunds if the the league is null and void, something to consider.

Anyway just thought I'd throw that out there.

Bit more eloquent than what I just posted on twitter with effs and jeffs ?

It's going to backfire on the insurance companies if there are no bailouts. All those policies that wont be renewed when companies go out of business. And policies cancelled if they survive.

That said companies really should do more homework on what they are signing up to.. but seem to be far to busy to buy correct protection or do not read what they are signing up to.

A lot of lessons to be learned through heartbreak I think :(

Never thought about it in that way before!

And the glove weights, the force you can hit with with boxing gloves on compared to the glove in MMA ensure the headshots although a little more padded are hitting a with much greater force.

For me I think boxing should go back to bare knuckle, the damage to the skin will be far worse, but good luck smashing someone in the skull with a a bare hand,  the powerful trauma caused by gloves won't be there, the spark out when caught sweetly on the chin will still happen.

I heard an interesting conspiracy theory today..........

In the boxing world AJ was considered to be too good and his camp were having problems with other camps whose didn’t want their man to face AJ so.............a plan was hatched to fight the Mexican guy and do well before getting too overconfident and end up losing the fight.

It now means that AJ is no longer considered to be so good and the door will open for ‘proper’ fighters willing to face AJ.

His post fight comments ‘minor setback’ kinda supports that theory.......

load of old bollox, you only have to see previous fights where he has been rattled.

he blows up when he has to sustain any sort of attack and his opponent doesn't hit the canvass.

maybe a case of too much muscle,  he is  built like a sprinter, all raw power and explosion and not enough stamina, when is muscles die on him he can't get his arms up to protect himself.  That to me has been self evident for a very long time

  5. AJ was always going to ave trouble against any boxer who had a good chin and could bang a bit, he has shown it so many times, he tanks out if he can't drop someone after putting in effort to knock someone out, like wise, when hit I am not sure i would say he was chinny, more his brain cannot comprehend what is happening, its like he has been 20 rounds, his whole body goes into limp home mode, arms drop,he is sluggish he just has no idea how to cover up.

As other say a bit like Bruno, although I am sure Bruno would have been better if he did a Joshua and actually went down,he was too courageous and brave he stood and used to take a battering to the point when he eventually went down he wasn't getting back up. If he had taken the knee in the fights he lost I am sure there would have been a few Extra W's in his career.

Can I just say respect to Parker  fighting the best heavyweights, while the swinger Wilder is sat at home fighting nobodies talking trash and ducking people

Aye, still young for a heavy weight, and he can take a punch, Whyte nailed him and as soon as he hit the floor he was back up on his feet.  I am not sure he will ever have the power to be a top top heavy weight, but he has bottle and staying power and you can only doff your cap to the guy.

I know a group of people who harass my local community. They remind me of the gas. Jealous of those around them. And like to steal things. (Although they've not yet nicked a stadium).

It's easy to Nick a stadium. You take the tent poles down in the night and make off with the poles and tent in bags on a roof rack

Well Tyson was front row so maybe he could be his comeback fight at 250lbs

Just as well Hamed had killer calfs, it must be the only reason he is still standing.

I wonder if he would scare Tyson the same way he "supposedly" scared Gary Mason back in the day

  9. I can't believe Eubank has got to nearly 29, with all the people around him,and still looks like a bang average amateur when he steps up in class, he should be coming into to his prime,he still looks like a newbie at this level.

Gobshite who doesn't have the the talent that his dad had in his little toe.

  10. Forwards need to take chances/risks. Early runs and one touch flicks. It's the only way I see us breaking them down. Swinging it in I don't think is going to work now. Need 2 or 3 players in close with Reid playing off a first time touch.

It's gonna leave us open to the break. All depends if we are happy with a draw and play more cautious or if we want the win and leave out selves open to a quick counter.

13,026 in 1974 then a decline over the next 7 years, although in a higher division, down to 5,259

Are these the same faithful and true supporters

But that doesn't count. They quite rightly say we have only existed since 1982. So surely only records from that date should be looked at? Otherwise they would be having a monopoly of all the available fans before that year.

Or are they suggesting we were around before that?
