The last few games have been a reality check. Earlier in the season we had poor to average performances but picked up points due to Tammy's goals. This wasn't sustainable or he would have ended the season with 40 goals. The deficiencies in the team aren't new, just more obvious. Pre season there was a lot of optimism due to the large number of signings made, but too many can't even get onto the pitch. Patterson, Brownhill, O'Dowda, Engvall - what have they contributed this season?

I used my free ticket today and, have to say, it was over priced. Bristol only have two problems - can't score and can't defend. Apart from that everything is OK. Even though it was great having a relaxing pint whilst watching the match, it was an awful experience. It was like watching the rugby equivalent of one of SoD's teams on a really bad day. I felt sorry for the regular Bristol supporters as the team looks doomed.

I like the look of that team with two attacking wide players to support Abraham. If we put Derby under pressure, what confidence they have after a poor start might disappear. However, I doubt that Smith is match fit after his injury, so start with Brownhill and bring him on as sub if necessary. I'd also prefer Tomlin to Reid. I also think Little is a weak link, but not sure there a fit right back to replace him.
