agreed. i wasn’t sold at first but that kit is actually lovely, just hope they colour code the socks properly next season. the nice yellow of the shirt was ruined by the bright yellow socks.
also, i must be the only one who actually quite likes the alternate badge…

Is it just me or does the emphasis on getting in defenders early doors seem to make more sense through the lens of the club knowing that we were likely to lose both Kalas and Vyner before long?

You just know the main reason we are now with O'Neills is because they can best help Jon to show off his creativity. With that in mind I wonder if he will go all out on the away kit since the other 2 are largely based on retro designs, some interesting background patterns on the one below I wonder if City are planning something similar and can they be trusted to make it look ok?
I really like this, but whether you like it or not, the quality appears a million miles away from the stuff they've done for us.

Haha, there’s me thinking I’m a creative genius. Any chance we can split the royalties? I need the money for my season ticket
Mate if there are any royalties you can have them all and I hope it covers the cost, I'm half an ocean away so don't have an immediate need for a season ticket shall we say

Great minds!
I'm not on twitter but your friend Ben stole it from me on here. I'm definitely having this one

About 25 pages late, but great minds and all that

No graphic design skills but you could take the red and white striped semicircle from Spike's design and complete the circle with half of the wheel from the new sponsor pub's sign perhaps

Medical now happening tonight it seems.
Bit dark for the roof, H&S issues
on an aside TC up training with the full squad.
Health and safety gone mad, as someone said earlier amusingly.
So what's the story Ross McCrorie? (Sorry, I'm going to keep banging that drum until the inevitable moment when it's being sung on the terraces, at which point I'm going to regurgitate my post from early in this thread and tag f*cking Robbored and everything)

But the fact it was missing means the sentence can only be read as “grandparents (plural) kids (plural), meaning it can only be read as “ask your parents”. Agree a comma would change the meaning.
It’s the whole “Let’s eat Grandma” Vs Let’s eat, Grandma” grammar piece.
Sorry SD but that's not the case. If it can be read as such, in the absence of the necessary punctuation, then it can equally be read as "ask your grandparents, kids". And as that's the only interpretation that makes sense given the context, why argue the contrary, other than to be, well, contrary...?

I seem to recall that it has already been pointed out that the "home" tweets were made by the Ashton Gate stadium account which regularly makes reference to "home". I hope your investigative skills as a "murder police" ( The Wire) are better than your transfer sleuthing

Trying to remember the name of the player under the Scottish manager I think it was, Brian something perhaps, didn't like him as a player and he was a mean looking f*cker IRL getting out of one of these in the car park of Asdal wearing a ridiculous three piece tweed get up replete with flat cap, no it's gone, too traumatic

Some sort of conference going on - "Defence Simulation Education & Training". Quite appropriate in the week we sign 2 defenders. Seems it's military types, though, not footballers.
Personally I'd be hesitant about using drones in a military context

Well, don’t! This is a very serious part of the season!
Ah, yes. The serious part of silly season.

Quite apart from what kind of peak-Yank farcical nonsense is this, she looks a decent keeper, and Trundle's been on the weights, he's enormous! Oh dear, I can't stop laughing. Poor women's team.

Struggling to fit your lyrics to the Oasis classic, if I'm honest.

When they put that video out last season of Alex and Tommy at home, it looked very similar to the flat Josh Brownhill had when he was here. Weimann and Williams were on hand as well so I suspect they're both in the same block or nearby.
I didn't quite make the link at the time although I knew there was something niggling at the back of my mind, but now you mention it you're right, there was definitely a similarity.

Good read on the history of the two clubs and the rivalry. Longer than one of @Jerseybean 's intros though so get a tea or coffee and sit comfortably

Grim reading, however you slice it. There's only Preston on that list who can remotely challenge us for size of club, surely.

Yesterday, all these transfers seemed so far away
Now it looks as though they're here to stay
(There, that should keep ADN going for another few hours)

Doesn’t that suggest that they were crap, more than anything else?
Certainly hope that's the correct interpretation, rather than that there is a player there that for whatever reason didn't show up here.

My god, I initially read that as Bristol Rovers Only Fans, and now I think I'm going to have to gouge out with a rusty spoon not only my eyes but also my brain. So thanks for that.
