He was great today, it’s up between him and the rejuvenated vyner for mom for me

Yep, you’re correct. Either way, was originally expected back by Christmas. So around 6/7 months.
So back by end of season hopefully for some game time when we are safe? Hopefully

9-12 months is average I think but can be longer
Jeez- this is what benarous had wasn’t it? So I guess he may be coming back towards end of season?

If it is ACL what is an optimistic and pessimistic timeline for recovery?

Where do people stand on whether to do a week or 2? Can't remember the last time I did a 2 week holiday!
Always go ten days- a week never seems long enough but two weeks of rich food and nice wine every night does nothing for the waistline
-
He has stepped up to the plate and a reliable enough keeper but can’t help thinking long term we will see someone else come in and at this level he is a number 2
-
Seem to remember him running back at pace about 50 yards towards end of first half to cover a dangerous run behind the back 4.
was my motm just ahead of vyner and pring

Pearson was up front in saying that Cornick is primarily an option for the central position of the three, so absolutely in competition with Wells, but not necessarily Weimann, however much they may seem similar in their skillset.
Incidentally Nige also highlighted aerial ability as one if Cornick's strengths which wasn't at all evident when he came in today (centre back was winning the header every time).
I think Cornick and Wells will be in close competition from now on.
By the way... who was skipper today?
Matty James?

The slightly and I say it in the nicest way disappointing performance from Scott may well work in our favour , the prem big boys may well just hold off a little longer or even perhaps buy in the summer and loan back to us .
how often do think he would play in a prem team and would it be a top 6 team top 10 or a Bournemouth type team .hate to see him go to a prem team and just sit on the bench .
Wishful thinking mate- I hope you are right btw

That for me was the most enjoyable match of the season so far- good atmosphere and we matched one of the more experienced sides in the league to a man.
Well done city

With Naismith out, we need Williams & James to be on it. They have not looked that great played together from the start before, so lets hope they can both be on good form today.
Have missed this but how long is Naismith out for?
thanks

Funnily enough I’m looking for something similar, Everton supporting father in law over from France next week and wants to watch Merseyside derby Monday night in a pub with food and we’ll have my daughter (11) with us. We are in Kingswood so anywhere a short drive from there would be good, any suggestions would be great. ( sorry to jump in on your thread AIS !)
Millhouse in Emerson’s green will have it on- food is cheap and cheerful but plenty of screens across the pub to watch the game.

Thanks for posting- never seen this episode of the big match previously, which leads to my question, itv 4 seem to just repeat the episodes from only about 3 different seasons, but many years of the big match are never shown.
Is their any YouTube channels which show them all?
On a separate note the bbc have never made all of the match of the day archives available- any particular reason for this?

Enjoy the weekend in Bristol- I have been to Norwich several times and have actually played at Carrow Road many years ago, lovely city and always very welcoming people.
Hope you don’t go home with the 3 points though.

Incredible talent- I really hope if he goes in the summer he goes to a team that he can start in week in week out next season- so anyone other than top 6, spend a couple of years their before his big move
Fantastic footballer

Well done boys onwards and upwards

Think he is a good player and much better than his stats this season suggest, think he will be a welcome signing.
Yeah totally agree

Just thinking about football and steak- can anyone remember the old match and shoot player profiles in the 80s, when they used to ask players multiple questions- everyone’s favourite food always used to be steak

That was very very enjoyable- atmosphere great, and great counter attacking football.
Pring outstanding
Shows the potential if we can unlock it consistently

Opportunity knocks for Sam Bell.
Possibly - but not sure a relegation battle with the kind of atmosphere we have seen at the last few home games will be beneficial to his development but I guess some young pros sink or swim.
We must be looking at the loan market at the very least for a forward, despite Pearson not liking to use it.

Not this again- does he just do the same interview on repeat every 3 months, we get it Neil you loved us really
