I only liked this to give you more because I felt sorry for you

Just wait until people discover the leaderboard: https://www.otib.co.uk/index.php?/topmembers/

Leader Board you say? Have avoided looking at the League Table for a year or two.

Have started taking an interest these last couple of weeks.

Norwich and Burnley away, Leader Board you say? Would it be mad if were still top six?

I know this aint slagging off related.

Used to love the cover of #3..........................Brian Clark in full cry  ! Still think it's one of the best stylized covers we've had , alongside the next seasons effort of Quig scoring the winner against Wolves in the mud !

Slarti, was the Atyeo testimonial the game when the World Cup was paraded around Ashton Gate before the game?

I’ve not seen the game as I’ve just finished playing myself, but been to the last 2 away games.

The worst part about this start is the hope… we’ve been hurt so many times by City, I think I kinda liked the doing nothing and expecting nothing ? I’m not ready for heartbreak again

How did you get on win? That's a great Saturday night when the double comes in, as i vaguely remember.!!!

If you didn’t hear it , I’d thoroughly recommend when it comes up on playback

firstly , another top chat with Geoff    Richard Hoskins.  Ed Hadwin  , and worth a listen to content , as measured and wisely level headed as ever

But , and,  remembering his illness in his first 6/12 months , he’s looked a lot better recently and undoubtedly helps how he feels overall in interviews etc

Listening to that interview , GT    Richard Hoskins   Ed Hadwin asked him if he was ‘excited’ , and NP responds in a way you’d expect , with a chuckle

But , unless I’m going crackers he’s actually a little bubbly , definitely relaxed , having a few chuckles , and noticeably speaking faster than I’ve previous heard him ......intriguing

I won’t spoil the listen but the content and his words , sort of dovetails into this

important ?   Maybe not really , but , it said to me that he’s really enjoying this and what’s happening , and importantly he can see something happening and has some real belief in this set of players

Id be intrigued to see what others think , listening to it

A really good feel for me after hearing it  ?⚪?

    Theres something brewing ,

Yeah , i reckon that's as exited as Nigel gets. So level headed and down to earth love it.

When Barton came on later it gave you the same feel.?

Strange that they’d won 4/7 before today then & most people would say Dack, Brereton-Diaz & Hirst is some forward line.

They are a good side, will be top half & yet we are dominating sides like this.

I know some on here hate to admit it, but Pearson is doing an incredible job.

Just shows what having an experienced, knowledgeable football manager can do, even with our ridiculous FFP constraints.

Yeah but, we haven't played anybody decent yet?

I realise this will sound slightly hypocritical....but...  I was offered tickets to the '95 cup final (Everton 1-0 United) as I worked with the daughter of one of the Everton board at the time.  Driving home from Wembley, a guy in a United shirt walked down the road, took his keys out and went in through his front door.  Even back then at the start of their purple patch under Fergie they had the rep.

That was a good day for me. Cup Final day at our Football Club ( Buckfastleigh) was always a good day.

Manu against the rest of us. But to make a sweet day i'd backed Paul Rideout to score the first goal!!!

I’m 43 and I think the support is down to Sir Alex and the massive success they had.  When I was a kid in the 80’s everyone supported Liverpool cause they were winning.  Maybe in the 50’s that was the case I don’t know, but there have been 4 generations of kids born since then

Manu had the following from at least the late 60s. When i  left Bristol in 68 (as a kid) in South Devon every other kid was ****** Manu,

Going on later into the 70s they had Torbay Reds playing local football, and coaches going to Old Trafford from all over Devon.

So no there support has nothing to do with FERGUSON  It'sjust a plastic nation that goes on.

Most of the ***** don't know who the next game is against.

Despite the poor tactical decisions and clueless substitutions , we are four games unbeaten

Two away draws at places we’ve regularly capitulated , and two home wins

How the hell we got a point at Blackpool is amazing going by Harry's criteria.

They drew 3/3 at Burnley who smashed Wigan away 5/1 today. We drew with Wigan so therefore.

    **** i give up, can't work out who's decent and who's shite.
