  1. Oh dear! http://www.skysports.com/boxing/news/12183/10643664/dillian-whyte-and-dereck-chisora-pulled-apart-at-the-gloves-are-off @Tomarse @Rob k The build up to this is going to be ace
  2. You're right but at least the WBA have sanctioned the Wlad fight for spring now. As for Delboy and Whyte...
  3. Yeah, I think he would genuinely fight anyone. It's a shame Fury's issues came up when they did, I fear it'll take a good long time before so many of the belts are held by one fighter again. Although it's a blatant duck by Wlad, you can see where his team are coming from too, there's no way an AJ Wlad fight should be at the Manchester arena and there wasn't enough time to promote it properly either. Price is moaning now but you can also see why Matchroom didn't go for him with a possible Wlad fight in the spring. I wonder if Price may find himself fighting Ortiz on the same bill. The Chisora Whyte fight should be fun though, as should the build up!
  4. Joshua is fighting Eric Molina on 10/12. http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/boxing/37838708 Hardly Wlad is it. Edit- Whyte v Delboy on the same bill edit 2- Quigg returns and Ortiz is on the bill too.
  5. Yep, he'd do an Adonis Stevenson on him imo. Bellew is such a shit winner, it's awful.
  6. Haha. was the most entertaining part of the fight. Bellew is so limited it's hilarious. Flores was a bum. I wonder if Bellew will be humble in victory hahahaha
  7. WOW What a round! Balls on Derry still fighting back. Wow
  8. Have you got your Bellew voodoo doll ready Northern Red?! Think you might be disappointed tonight after Flores dived at the weight tbh.
  9. It was a very entertaining fight! Burnett really could be absolutely awesome. Campbell v Matthews now, should be great!
  10. He really does. Great variety in his shots and superb ring generalmanship. Farrag is very ballsy.
  11. So, Fury has vacated ahead of being stripped today http://bbc.co.uk/sport/boxing/37634849 AJ v Klitschko 'very close' for 10/12 http://bbc.co.uk/sport/boxing/37639183 It's going to happen imo. There's a good chance Frampton and Santa Cruz are going to rematch before the end of the year too, and maybe another GGG outing! What a great year for boxing indeed @joe jordans teeth!
  12. Ha ha! I'm getting the impression you don't like him much mate, but tell us how you really feel! Here you go! Broner is apparently safe: http://www.tmz.com/2016/10/12/adrien-broners-fiancee-hes-okay-after-suicide-scare/
  13. Agreed, the guy was Raymundo Beltran. As far as Broner is concerned, he is threatening to kill himself on twitter atm, looks like he's having some sort of breakdown. Very sad
  14. Yeah, how could we forget the toe! Wlad's jab was pretty much an all conquering weapon then though wasn't it- and he'd had 58 fights to hone it compared to AJ's current 17. Just hope the fights get made so we can all find out!
  15. Yeah, I don't think he'd knock him out mate- his biggest ever KO at HW was Delboy, who isn't exactly huge- but I think AJ would spend the night punching air and getting hit on the counter. I Just think Haye is far too cute for him at this stage of his career. 3/4 fights time, then it's a different story.
  16. Haye is an absolute nightmare for AJ imo. Klitschko is old, comes forward in straight lines and is used to leaning on smaller fighters to win.He no longer has a plan b, Tyson completely flummoxed him while doing very little offensively. Fury couldn't keep AJ off him for long enough despite his decent lateral movement and Joshua would have no respect for his meagre power at all and walk straight through him sooner or later. Haye, though, throws fast, powerful punches from unexpected angles and moves fantastically for a HW- no surprise given he was the undisputed Cruiserweight champion. Haye's head movement- of which AJ has next to zero as yet- is excellent, and I would expect him to beat Joshua atm. Similarly, Wilder's movement and athleticism presents more of a problem to AJ than Wlad or Tyson now, should he ever tire of knocking over tomato cans in Alabama. Now Ortiz is on the Matchroom roster he is well in the mix too. Presuming he gets through his European coming out party in Monte Carlo against Malik Scott on 12/11, I'd expect him to fight for a version of the title next year. @Super, Bellew is indeed a fairly unlikable bloke, but I quite like his **** you attitude. You'd have to have a heart of stone to deny him the glory of his win over Makabu!
  17. Haye claiming Joshua Klitschko is on...
  18. Wtf, awful shot to take that, legs all over the place 18 second KO!
  19. Good stoppage by the ref. Cardle will be pleased with that after the Dodd fight.
  20. Definitely, but I'm hoping Lewison is going to come out swinging. I see Relikh had to have 3 goes at the weight yesterday, doesn't bode well.
  21. I haven't seen Relikh before tbh but he is supposed to be a dangerous puncher and has a high KO ratio- 19 in 21 wins. Hatton is training him and is really talking up his chances (as he would!) but he hasn't been in with anyone like Burns before and the Hydro is an intimidating place to fight him. Burns also has the carrot of potential fight with the entirely detestable Adrien Broner in Vegas if he gets through Relikh. The bookies typically have Burns at around 1/4 on. There could well be some real fireworks in the main support, Whyte v Lewison. Both are Brixton boys and absolutely hate each other- they had to be separated at the presser the other day. Yesterday at the weigh in Whyte was grabbing Lewison's man boobs haha- whatever you think of Dillian, he is always entertaining. I think it's a good job this one is taking place in Glasgow rather than London or it'd be going off in the crowd far more than the ring!
  22. I think that picture was from Summer 2014 when they sparred quite a bit together. Fury sounds adrift in this Rolling Stone interview from earlier: http://www.rollingstone.com/sports/tyson-fury-boxing-champ-opens-up-about-drug-use-w443250 ' Listen, I've done a lot of things in my life. I've done lots of cocaine. Lots of it. Why shouldn't I take cocaine? It's my life isn't it? I can do what I want. Yeah, I have done cocaine. Plenty of people have done cocaine as well. What the **** has that got to do with anything? That ain't a performance enhancing drug. Am I not allowed to have a life now as well? Do they want to take my personal life off me too? I've not been in a gym for months. I've not been training. I've been going through depression. I just don't want to live anymore, if you know what I’m saying. I've had total enough of it. They've forced me to the breaking edge. Never mind cocaine. I just didn't care. I don't want to live anymore. So cocaine is a little minor thing compared to not wanting to live anymore'
  23. Some incredible skills from a proper champion here Woah!
  24. Yeah, just saw. He has retired as he reigned, like a gobby idiot. Been right on the gak this morning imo!
