  1. Which in turn will bring the police bill right down, giving Swindle double double bubble. Swindon are a disgrace, Rovers are still Deacons (of the Joey variety).
  2. I feel for him. I hope they have a successful car boot sale this weekend.
  3. Have they actually signed or did Wally just get a selfie outside the Burger King with two kids who happened to have a replica chelsea shirt on?
  4. They hoping he'll go to them as the price-per-letter on the back of the shirts the deluded will buy should generate enough for a new tent.
  5. They'll spend a bit this window. Just enough to have their fans think they are going places (that place being Swindon again, rather than a new stadium they can't afford).
  6. So most under 23 sides lose to experienced league starters, yet Reading win....
  7. Technically record numbers locked out. If by 'locked out' we mean 'correctly boycotted'. They'll still claim twenty thousand would have gone otherwise in a few weeks, granted.
  8. Quite agree. He has succeeded where manytried and failed. He took you out of the football league to the conference and the only reason he stayed in a job was because Higgs didn't have the cash to sack him.
  9. If you are looking at a 21k capacity then you should change the name of the stadium from the UWE to Wembley, that way if you sell out your first home game you can still boast that you've managed to take twenty thousand to Wembley twice in two visits!
  10. There is only one James Dace in Bristol, age 21-25, lives in BS48. Might not be him though!
  11. We'll capture all the details you can from it, I'd imagine he'll be deleting it soon.
  12. Won't be too difficult for him to be identified and investigated.
  13. They won't be selling commemorative Ukrainian underpants at the Mem. Why? 'CHER-NOB-YL FALL OUT. (A little bit of me has just died posting that).
  14. I think you make a very good point. 9000 is outstanding. Granted, 6 thousand of those are people who can't believe your ground is a tent and are on a day trip (think 'seeing is believing') - the rest are made up of social studies students researching poverty and the sheep who blindly follow a leader who promises the earth but delivers nothing. Kimmy Boy in North Korea has spent more money on hopeless causes than Wally has.
  15. Last time they were there, Esther Rantzenhad a high profile charity encouraging kids to report mistreatment. Coincidence? I think not.
  16. He isn't playing. His dad wouldn't let him.
  17. Just remembered I was going to head how to listen to the game. Olympics coverage, conversation and being a **** have all contributed.
  18. I forgot we were playing and have accidentally found myself in the pub. What's the score? (Granted the BBC would have given me this info in an instance, but you lot are famed for your help)
  19. I admire the hope of one of the callers to Twentyman a few minutes ago. He seemed to thing that we should sign Tammy on a permanent basis and that a sub 4 million quid offer might be sufficient. Deluded or optimistic, or a bit of both.
