  1. Poor old Andi! I wonder how many times Nakhi's reminded him about that?
  2. @Davefevs, are any of the youngsters in that 11 capable of debuting for the first team this season?
  3. One of our first 11 will have fond memories of a fairytale League Cup run, culminating in a Final appearance, back in 2013.
  4. Should Rovers fans take a Mac to the Fleetwood game? I've heard Rumours.
  5. That Luke Ayling didn't amount to much. Right Lee?
  6. Any news on Naismith's injury?
  7. Nicely put EA. Scott has previously filled in well at wingback, although you then lose his creativity. Antoine, unfortunately isn't a WB.
  8. It was me! I phoned an upset Nige after Bentley's Birmingham debacle, and do you know what I said? "Don't get teary, get Max O’Leary!"
  9. The outside centre-backs in a 3 need to work in tandem with their wing-backs. I didn't see today's game. Was Zac let down by Semenyo and Weimann?
  10. Nigel even wrote a song about it... Oh, Brandy Well, you came And you gave without taking But I sent you away Oh, Brandy Well, you kissed me And stopped me from shaking And I need you today Oh, Brandy
  11. Its a penalty for 3 reasons: 1. It's a penalty; 2. It's a penalty; 3 It's a penalty. Got that referees? Whatdya mean, you couldn't give a ****!
  12. We've complained to the FA, but they're not taking it seriously.
  13. SHEFF. UTD. [H] … the verdict : Sheffield Steal Spoils (podbean.com) Another lively debate! DaveP hosts Neil, Ian & Mark in discussing how City played well again but again failed to be rewarded for their efforts. Another sloppy goal conceded, a misfiring forward line but the woodwork hit twice and Alex Scott perhaps back to his best. Disgraceful performance from ref in 2nd half and shithousery from Sheffield of the highest order which, as Ian puts it is game management when we do it! We remain a work in progress but should we be looking over our shoulders at the chasing pack whilst still believing a play off place is still there for the taking. We look forward to the 3 games before the World Cup break and, assuming everyone is fit in December how should Kal Naismith be accommodated as "reliable defender" he is not
  14. The voice of reason. Well said Dave.
  15. I'm just about to answer my own question. As Tweeted by a member of this parish. And. Its. Shocking!
