    Ronaldo

At least he gets to kiss his reflection every time he passes a mirror.
  2. That's surprising because Wolves liked 'avin it Lage.
  3. Excellent defensive display in the second half! No shots on target for West Brom. Fantastic. First win at the Hawthorns since Sir Brian's goal on 27th December 1993.
  4. Just need to keep our shape and stop the crosses coming in. Six corners defended so far.
  5. Here we go! Weimann and Conway benched. Great to see James back.

    Really?

We won't he able to attract a manager of LJ's massive standing if we part company with Pearson.
  7. Millwall [H] review …. rinse & repeat as City concede more soft goals (podbean.com) Neil, Ian, & Mark talk with DaveP about yesterday's disappointing games against Millwall. Who was to blame for that winning goal - Kalas or Max? With 7 games until the World Cup break can City stay out of the bottom 3? How do City deal with their mental fragility? We look at the starting eleven for Tuesday's trip to the Hawthorns and ask how City can return to winning ways, and the exciting football from earlier this season.
  8. We'll be discussing this on the FBC podcast at 10am tomorrow. Keep your answers coming. I'd like to hope that Pearson and the team can get through this and climb the table.
  9. For a second I thought this was a lost "Two Ronnies" sketch, Well, that's it from me......And that's it from him.
  10. Agreed. During injury time when we were crying out for creativity, no-one wanted the ball. We seemed nailed to the floor and Millwall won comfortably. I'd say Semenyo also wanted the ball during normal time and created chances.
  11. What can we do about our fragility in the short term with the existing squad and management?
  12. In an open game, City can compete with the best in this division, combining attractive, passing football with plenty of goals. So why do we melt away against physical opponents like Birmingham and Millwall, who seek to stifle, bully and play the percentages? Why aren't we mentally strong enough to be braver in possession and make better decisions in defence? Rather than blame Pearson, I'd prefer a rational discussion.
  13. We stopped playing football after equalising and conceded a joke of a second soon after. Klose's injury unsettled the defence and mentally we were so weak against physical opposition. That's the problem. Pearson isn't going anywhere, but how does he get a better reaction from his players against niggly, direct opponents?
  14. My usual route is along Coronation Road, onto the slip road adjoining Winterstoke Road, before taking the third exit at the roundabout to park in the trading estate across the rail tracks. Will I need to reroute?
  15. Only if you’re studying on a sandwich course
  16. He loves a piece of the fraction!
