Can’t say I’ve been overly impressed with him so far. Not sure why we are playing him in such a forward role
I guess weve got to play him to get him match fit but I think he maybe trying too hard, I think hed be better off the bench.

I love the way that they seem to have crammed 1 too many rows of seating you can see it looks buckled, & are there actually cows living underneath the seats, instead of a concourse with a bar and screens theyve got straw on the floor and freshly squeezed milk, what a weird bunch.

A few Cardiff lads i know from way back always said Ashton Gate was the most intimidating and dangerous away ground theyve visited, getting inside the away end without incident was nigh on impossible.
Ive heard similar from Brum & Wolves fans, made me feel quite "prowed".

I understand they are Czech, Serb and Macedonian
Thats CSM, not CSF, it works better if they are French, although theyd be going backwards and surrendering if they were French!

I liked the chat about how we need to keep hold of our young players and SL should re-invest etc, he really does his homework and seems extremely knowledgeable about the club and yep, he is a handsome bugger, I should know, being a dish and all.......

Fair play to Cresswell, what a chin he has! I’ve not seen a footballer take a hook like that and not crumple to the floor in years!
Since when was your chin at the back of your neck!!!!!

And off walks Tommy all the way to Bournemouth.

We seriously need an upgrade to O'Leary, he is far too inconsistent, not good enough to be a top championship keeper.

We played Sheffield Weds during ‘the Beast from the East’.
I’d be amazed if tomorrows game is in doubt.
I was in Chicago at the time of the Polar Vortex and the high was -16c, everything was going on as normal, including multiple homicides to which I inadvertently witnessed!

He sustained a minor tweak, unfortunately he seems to have now picked up an infection and will be following the same rehabilitation as the rare & endangered lesser spotted McCrorie.

No. Not unless, at some point, we don't flog them.
Scott had to be - all part of the masterplan that requires a Poster Boy for all other academy signings, someone you can point to and say - sign for us because... behold... look what happens to young lads when they join Bristol City.
But at some point... we have to get to the Premier League, not just them. And that involves at some point in the future, retaining the new Geoff Merrick and Tim Ritchie and telling Arsenal, like Sir Alan did, to do one.
Unfortunately I cant see us getting there with the current owners, especially if we can carry on churning out more young talent and selling them for big bucks, I think they see it as a gamble that may cost too much, risk management..................or some otherbollocks!!!

Its an average championship stadium with some better than average facilities, nothing more.

Id like to see Conway & Wells together, especially if (when) we are chasing the game, as a pair they were unstoppable against Blackburn away last season.

Such fond memories of that place, I remember the night game against cardiff possibly 2000. They had a police escort through the park and everything not nailed down was emptied and launched in their direction, the police charged into the pub batons swinging, I got a couple of clunks to the back and (God bless him, RIP) Scooter got one right on the hooter, leaving him with a very bloody nose, much to my amusement, now anyone that remembers or knew Scooter will know why thats funny (for those that didnt have the honor of knowing such a lovely man, he had a rather large nose). That pub really could tell some stories, not many tried their luck and those that did failed.

Having spent quite a lot of time round there with work recently, I am able to confirm that there aren’t many worse places in Birmingham. Absolute dive.
Aston, Handsworth, Nechells, Lozells are all pretty bad, small heath is a little better.
I do know that WM has a serious firearms problem, I still think Id prefer to be in any of the above areas than some of the areas we have up here in Leeds.

Nice to see City playing to our strengths and not setting up to counter the opposition, I think that's been the difference that Manning has made.
The next 2 games should be winnable on paper, if we get positive results from these then I think a corner will have been turned,if we lose then it's typical city.
A couple of signings and we maybe an outside play off contender, it's early days yet, let's stay balanced.

Why have we dropped the aggressive tactics used so well on tuesday, it suited us and it got the atmosphere and tension going, I thought we had maybe turned a corner from the nicey, nicey Bristol City..............NAH, normal service resumed.
