3-3 FT. Chucked away a lead against 10 men.

The 300,000 15ers in the crowd (and the 500,000 locked out) must be annoyed at that result.

I’ve just read Hollowhead’s latest column in the Post.
His latest rambling is that clubs should be mandated to keep their managers for the duration of their contract, no matter what.
What an absolute crackpot. I have no idea why anyone gives this guy any airspace (in more ways than one!).
https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport/football/abuse-middlesbroughs-jonathan-woodgate-derby-3289501
So a manager given a 5 year contract wouldn't be able to be sacked even if he took a Premier League club into non-league?
I wonder why Holloway would want to avoid managers being sacked.....

Close, but you could go for November 1901 in the FA Cup and September 1922 (the first league meeting) !
We’ve not played them since they managed to get out of non-league football.

I see that a Tory MP has "crossed the floor" to become a Lib Dem
I know that Matty Taylor's transfer got their knickers in a twist, but do you know of a fan who has "crossed the floor" from blue to red in Bristol?
A lad I grew up with kept "crossing the floor".
He started as Gas, switched to City, went back to the Gas, then back to City and ended up as a Man U fan.
I haven't seen him in over 20 years, but I would happily bet a lot of money that he supports Man City now.- 3

Good let them all **** off to play one another week in week out. Leave the rest of us to play in a proper competitive league.
In the long term that might be for the best, but in the short term it would destroy many of the existing clubs.
Not much money seems to filter down, but clubs absolutely rely on the little that does. -

Whilst it may be too late for Bolton and possibly Bury the authorities need to get their act together to stop these situations happening, imposing a salary cap for example and ensuring there aren’t any ridiculous loopholes
Also i’d like to see some sort of levy imposed as sort of a membership fee of the top 4 divisions. If 1% of turnover and tv money went into a centrally managed fund this could go towards grassroots as well as issuing grants to make it more of a level playing field. If clubs refuse to pay this fee then they should be kicked out of the league and it’s only really the top 6 clubs who’d threaten to break away if this happened
True but if those 6 did break away then it would destroy the entire league system. The money will always follow the likes of Man U, Arsenal and Liverpool.
In the long run it might not be a bad thing if the top 6 buggered off to a European superleague, but in the short term it would cause chaos in the leagues as the money dried up and clubs started going bust. -

F+++ me..............this forum is getting overrun by Fewers!
I expect they'll be claiming on asschat that they've "taken" OTIB !
Mind you this is only cyberspace, never happened in the real world......I guess they think it's far safer this way !
At the rate they’re posting here there’ll soon be more 15ers on OTIB than their average crowd.

Watched the Sags video of “The Snake”. 18 years of hurt spilling out at a single target, the man who fired them to two promotions and who without they would likely still be playing hoofball in League 2 or Division 5.
Neanderthals. That video sums up most Sagheads I know. Very very bitter.
Here’s their latest badge (but obviously according to Sagchat they don’t give a about the )
It takes a lot to put me off fried chicken but I think that picture has managed it

But it would have definitely sold out if it wasn’t made all ticket
Be fair, there’s a Muse tribute act on at the Fleece later which stopped 15,000 of them getting to the Mem today.

1450 away fans at St. Andrew yesterday,
Over 2000 city fans at the same venue last week,.
Can we nail the lie put out by the blue few that they have a greater away following than us.
Yes but the Fleece had an Oasis tribute band on last night so 30,000 15ers couldn’t make it to Birmingham.

Why on earth would we want to loan any players to the fewers?
It might be a good punishment.

really ? never used to be, haven't been in there for a few years mind, used to be more egg chasing .
It had a few Gas related things up on the wall and a few people in Gas shirts.

I ended up in Downend earlier to meet an old mate and we had a pint in the Downend Tavern.
I never realised it was a Gas pub but the couple of Rovers related pictures on the wall and the state of the clientele gave it away.
We made a break for the Horseshoe after one pint, it was bloody depressing in the Tavern.

After the dog walkers at Ashton Vale, why would they expect any sympathy if one bloke held out at the fruit market?
It's always somebody else's fault with these muppets.- 1

From Sagchat....
According to this belter their new stadium will put AG to shame
He then goes on to state how the blue few will struggle to get across town to the new stadium, so what’s their excuse for their current shit crowds?
It would be a fantastic site in terms of proximity to the centre, publicity and prestige, and would put Ashton Gate firmly in the shade.
In fact it's a great location for most people, apart from our core fanbase in North East Bristol, who will find getting to and from the fruit market a pain in the avocado.Close to the centre maybe but where is he getting the idea that the fruit market would give them publicity and prestige? And he has a wonderful crystal ball if he has already seen that it will put AG in the shade.
All of this is great though, it is going to make it all so much funnier when their stadium dreams collapse (again).- 1

I for one think Wael is a genius! I mean a cinema in their new stadium would be a great idea! I mean the 20,000 locked now have something to do! They're certainly coming for us won't have any of da shit tell us otherwise
People think Avengers Endgame made a lot of money. But if the Gas stadium had a cinema then it would have made £200billion thanks to the people locked out.

Hilarious that the 15ers think they can take the piss. They can only dream of regularly playing quality teams.
The last time they played leads was when they cleared out Darryl’s locker and found his collection of dog leashes.

Gas chat is brilliant reading this morning. I think if wael told them to walk off a cliff half of them would.
He’d tell them it was a cliff, they’d believe him and then it would turn out to be uphill.

I know it’s alphabetical but it’s nice to see the 15ers behind us and Bristol Manor Farm.
