For me it isn’t hindsight, Bournemouth were never a good choice. I understand the draw of the PL, both in terms of money, the chance to play at the highest level , and the opportunity of exposure, however Scott is good enough to go to a better club than Bournemouth who at present are at best a yo-yo club.

Two things. If Scott is better than Bournemouth, why did no other teams come in for him?

Also how are Bournemouth a Yo-Yo club? They got to the Prem in 2015 and haven't been down since....

So, as Graham C says, Bajic gets sick and then Max gets injured in warm up. You are left playing a kid.  Not worth the risk.  Hes probably being paid £500 a week max!

What's the chances of that happening? HWR has never played for us.

@Selred would take that risk. You and I wouldn’t, clearly.  It’s obviously the right move to have 3 keepers who are trusted to play

I literally said bring one of the youth team and rotate them around. The odds on a) Max being injured is low, and then for Max and Bajic even lower.

Who did you think we would sign on a short term contract until January as third choice?

Presumably you’re one of the “Kasper Schmeichel played under Nige & is on a free, let’s sign him” crowd.

Probability is this bloke will never even make the bench.

Personally no-one. Max isn't injury prone, and we have Bajic. I would of rotated the youth keepers around, give them experience with the first team squad.

No it doesn't show that. It's a % based stat. A goalie who faced one terrible shot and saved it would have a 100% save ratio. That doesn't mean anything.

Max has faced 32 shots on target, from 100 total shots against our goal. That puts him 11th highest of championship keepers for SoT against, and as a team we are in the lower half of the rankings for shots against.

These tweets are just misleading by quoting one stat in isolation of the context provided by others.

Well corrected!! It was as it was so high, and clearly with the % meant he hadn't faced under 10 shots. Agree about misleading stats!

  6. Glad for Max, he's really steady but also this stat shows he faces far too many shots, so we need to close players down more.

I think Onana had conceded 7 goals in the 9 shots he's faced in the past 7 games. Okay that's poor shot stopping, but also shows that United don't allow teams to get many shots away.

Better, in my opinion, to be regularly competing well in the Championship than failing miserably in the Prem.

Disagree. Sheff United and Luton had a fantastic season last year, celebrations we can only dream about.

I'd love to go to Arsenal away, Man City away. Yes we may lose, but I'd rather watch us lose against some of the best players in the world than against someone like Rotherham.

As standard practice for many acts touring on the back of an album release, if you preorder that album you get a priority window - in this instance a limited number of tickets get released on Wednesday for all venues

O2 get priority as part of the contract you pay for which is ironically called "O2 priority" , co-op employees get the access due to their employer sponsoring a venue and pay through an internal work scheme for this.

At the end of the day we get the correct priority for the teams we have paid to support, I don't expect a priority on any of the many other events held at Ashton Gate during the relevant time period

You’re missing the point. It’s not about expecting it, it’s about how it’ll be a good bonus for members.

But surely as it's a take that event their members should get the priority?

Those fans have the same opportunity as other take that fans

Anyway, this is how it is for 99% of concerts around venues, it's not as if we're doing something different

    Which members?

All people going to Take That concerts will be fans. If being on O2 or Co-Op gives you priority then so should City or Bears. We should aim for the best offering for our supporters, not just following the crowd.

Take That will sell out from their own fans

As already discussed elsewhere, the concert organisers have hired the stadium it is nothing to do with the football club

But some Bristol City and Bears fans are Take That fans.

They are hiring from Bristol Sport, who could say you need to do pre-sale for our members (like O2 arena have, like Co-Op have etc). Not to do with the club, but to do with the Bristol Sport group.
