Could they start the lap of honour at the A block of the Dolman so I can clapp em off while I wait to disembark
If they had to take the Dolman fans into consideration first they'd better start the lap of honour on the 83rd minute!

Wow. When was the last time we scored outside the box?

When do our Black Friday offers start? It's only Tues.

You'll notice something is off when it's just full of blokes who are 6 foot 7 plus, and blokes who are 20 stone plus.

Blokes behind me at the QPR game left after 30 mins to get drinks, couldn’t believe it

Good news, been critical of the club but they are starting to do some things right.

A new stadium definitely helps, but I think there has been a steady rise in attendances across the board in the last ten years for most Championship clubs - our average is just 12th in the Championship, ten years ago it would probably be top 5.
Think the club sizes in our league play a big factor. Leicester, Leeds, Southampton, Sunderland all averaging 30kish +.
Vs in 2012-13, the likes of Brighton, Derby, Forest were the highest attendances. Leicester were in the league, but Prem win will of improved attendances 10 fold.

He’s been dreadful.
Some on here love to moan about Weimann, who has offered one excellent bit of defending to block their only shot, & a couple of smart passes, but Mehmeti has provided nothing.
Their right back Kakay is really poor but has had the better of him.
Has to do much better.
Mehmeti did some good defending down the right side in the opening 10 mins.
Weimann has had how many touches this half? 4 or 5? Disappeared again.
Mehmeti hasn’t been great, but can’t be praising Weimann either. Whole team have been dire, particularly going forward.

Never known such a poor atmosphere, walking to the ground besides QPR fans and you’d think it’s a minute silence. So bizarre.

Got a good feeling about today. A new era begins.
Looking forward to it, up the Liam Manning tippy tappy reds!- 1

By the manager/head coach providing clarity of game plan to the players and their executing it.
And that game plan is worked up using analysis….

The end goal remains the same as always, score more than them.
And how would you suppose we do that vs QPR?

As for the game having moved on we hear this all the time, but really it's just quicker.
It’s far more technical and tactical. It’s not fifa.

Welcome, but do I really need to know that we've signed an analyst and what his name is. Will he help us win football matches? When I think of some of the most successful managers in british footballing history, such as Stein, Shankley, Busby, Ferguson or Wenger, I have to admit to not knowing who their analysts were or if indeed they had one. I have to applaud modern football for it's job creation programme.
The game has come on so much since then. Ridiculous argument.
Of course an analyst will help us win football games. The key word is in the name.- 1

Pearson didn't sound like a man who was happy not being able to spend the Scott money:
“We are where we are, it doesn’t matter what we all would like to do in an ideal world. Our budget is at the limit, so we can’t do any more. I’ve got every faith in the players that we already have and, as I’ve already pointed out many times, it would be very, very expensive to improve on what we’ve got unless something like this week happens, with the deal that we’ve done with Taylor - which is a very positive one for us - but we’re at the limit with what we can do.
“It’s like saying, ‘would you like to manage one of the top five or six teams in England?’ Course you would, but it’s not going to happen.”

Bath is FAR too crowded. Would avoid on weekends. Winchester has a nice market next to the Cathedral, and it's not full of the normal crap you get (if I see black bomber at one more market...).
I'm off to Milan Christmas Market in a couple of weeks, and seeing AC Milan at same time.
@Markman I'd not worry about stag do's in Prague, they will be in Irish bars, not Christmas markets. Gorgeous City, similar to Budapest.

I agree but need another.. two of those have injury issues and to get promoted as promised by JL we will need another
Both will be back soon. Not needed.
They aren't sick notes, plus we only play 2.

We need a pacy strong CF. A creative midfielder and a CB who can play out from the back… then we might stand a chance!
Dickie, Vyner, Naismith and Atkinson can all play out from the back.
Agree about a creative midfielder though.

So he's done ok at Oxford this season. Any of their players good enough to come to us?
Yes. Read the thread, multiple times people mentioned players.

Don't forget, Weimann is our club captain, so dropping him for Mannings first game would of been a big statement, and potentially not help get the players onside.
