As standard practice for many acts touring on the back of an album release, if you preorder that album you get a priority window - in this instance a limited number of tickets get released on Wednesday for all venues

O2 get priority as part of the contract you pay for which is ironically called "O2 priority" , co-op employees get the access due to their employer sponsoring a venue and pay through an internal work scheme for this.

At the end of the day we get the correct priority for the teams we have paid to support, I don't expect a priority on any of the many other events held at Ashton Gate during the relevant time period

You’re missing the point. It’s not about expecting it, it’s about how it’ll be a good bonus for members.

But surely as it's a take that event their members should get the priority?

Those fans have the same opportunity as other take that fans

Anyway, this is how it is for 99% of concerts around venues, it's not as if we're doing something different

    Which members?

All people going to Take That concerts will be fans. If being on O2 or Co-Op gives you priority then so should City or Bears. We should aim for the best offering for our supporters, not just following the crowd.

Take That will sell out from their own fans

As already discussed elsewhere, the concert organisers have hired the stadium it is nothing to do with the football club

But some Bristol City and Bears fans are Take That fans.

They are hiring from Bristol Sport, who could say you need to do pre-sale for our members (like O2 arena have, like Co-Op have etc). Not to do with the club, but to do with the Bristol Sport group.

And rightly so, too many doom-mongers on here.

The issue is two fold, the disconnect between expectations and reality (Steve expecting us to push for promotion, without allowing Nigel/Brian to invest into the squad), and the lack of praise for Nigel for the fantastic job he's done on the shoestring budget.

In the event we receive interesting transfer offers for one or even both of them, do we accept (who decides?) and, if so, who negotiates the terms and conditions?

Should be Tinnion and Nigel to agree on sale. But agree, when it comes to negotiating best terms and conditions with agents, other clubs etc, is Tinnion really best placed?

He’s put a hell of a lot of time and money into the club.

Its just my opinion mate, I’m far from saying he’s made the best decisions.

So have a lot of other owners, and made far smarter decisions.

The money he's spent, the fact we are behind the likes of Luton, Bournemouth etc says a lot.

No mention of Nige from JL then. Don’t reckon his contract is getting renewed any time soon.

What is the role of Barton?
Talks of rifts between SL, JL and Nigel, why doesn’t JL just pretend to praise Nigel even if he doesn’t believe it. Really is incredible the disrespect

Mainly because the vastly under qualified son also has lots of his vastly under qualified mates running many areas of the club.

Who are they?? I look at the club and it's lots of experience people in the right places. Honestly the only job which someone doesn't deserve is Jons.

Mentions Pearson and Tinnion which is a bit odd. Not any other staff. I know he can't list them all but why those two?

Perhaps the role is purely football orientated, hence the nod to those two? We know from the supporters club that ‘Bristol Sport’ do everything else, and don’t give City much flex. Maybe he felt powerless in his role that he could make any difference beyond Nigel and Tins?

Things appear good on the pitch. So long as that’s the case, I’m not entirely that bothered who our CEO is. A bit meh for me. Certainly not gonna lose any sleep over it.

Bit short term sighted. Especially if we continue with cost cutting, it’ll eventually show on the pitch
