Yes, but wasn’t that because it was a trial….and that if everything done properly, ripped out existing, put in proper rail seats you could get more in. Im not suggesting we are taking that approach, just what is possible under rail seating if done in the right way..

I thought rail seating done officially does increase capacity. Think someone said 1.3 : 1
