How many times does a football match need to change in the second half before people stop judging a performance after 45 minutes?
Seems like we get half time hysteria almost every game at the moment.
Great name for a band

Can't deny it's a sweet victory in what was a pretty poor game.
Not getting carried away with our position in the table for me it's flattering to how we've performed over the last couple of games; we really have lots more to do however a win won't do any harm to the players confidence and gives them a better footing to build from.

Cue the massive overreaction ....

Tomlin is an embarrassment. This is NOT the City way. If he refuses to learn I for one would like to see him offloaded in January, but I would sooner he grew up

It sounds like you are, we defended well. We will stay up with Warnock in charge, the position we are in, that will do me
To be honest I thought you were a certainty to go down, now you've got Warnock and making the best of what you've got you'll be fine.
Did think it was a bit early to get him in as he's usually available around Christmas but clearly performances would have cut you adrift to far to get back to safety if not.
Reflecting on our performance tonight we were shit and you were slightly better than you have been all season.

We were pretty shite tonight...
Anyway has Ian been on Radio Bristol yet with his sage like reading of the game?

Hello friends!
Well, we both won again and things are looking rosy in the Bristol footballing world. It's a little spooky how often we both have good seasons at the same time. Just as we are about to narrow the gap, off you lot go again to maintain it.
It's just the way of the world.
Anyway, 92nd minute winner or not, they all count. Our very own on-loan Chelsea starlet Charlie Colkett did the business. Playoffs here we come.
Fxxk me you are delusional.

The ball has spent more time in the air than on the ground, playing right into Forest's advantage.
Some pretty headless midfield play has contributed to a pretty poor half.
Someone needs to get a grip of the play, get it on the deck and play football or were in danger of a conceding a few more (and that's from not a great opposition)

I don't even think Charlie owns a jumper, he's to posh - it's a cardigan to be sure.

City win, 3-0 with Tammy taking the match ball home.
Looking forward to this one as I love it when the weather changes and it's time to bring the jumper to the game.

Stumble!
It was a Baz Savage on ice moment!
No, no, no....Baz was the Michelangelo of the uncontrollable fall whilst waking/running/standing still.
Freeman has a long way to go to fall in those boots.

Apart from the 'stumble' Freeman had a good game, really pleased he's getting that form and confidence back.
With a bit better finishing we could have added a couple more in the closing minutes however 1-0 and a clean sheet is an excellent result.

To answer a few concerns about our bribing of referees, can I quote the deluded forum?
"Since the Torquay home game on New Year's Day 2015,we went over 21 months without being awarded a penalty in a home league match (Walsall 13/9/2016) both dodgy ones mind you.Now had 2 in the last 11 days!"
So it's not all luck then.
Early days, but one point off the playoffs.
You must be horrified at the thought we might be coming for you.
Crap striker, crap manager, crap owner, crap fans. How is this happening?
It isn't.
Zero fxxks given, to be honest.
I wouldn't dream of going on your forum and spout bullshit, as I have better things to do, like breathe in and breathe out.
The height of your aspirations are to reach parity with us, continue aiming small and missing big...really do because it's giving us such a treat laughing at you.
Remember that as you wonder what Wael is actually doing with your club....We laugh at you

I don't find it a coincidence at all. It's strange but something as simple as a haircut can change things for you. I even said it middle of last year. He's doing too much. Need to get back to basics. Cut his hair and simplify his game. Not even joking as I felt a new person when I cut my long hair off a few years ago. It sounds dumb but i think it makes a difference
Fix up, look sharp...
