For a guy playing his formative games for City and at this level, he’s done pretty decently.

Big question for me is can we see him in the remaining 6 games playing in a back 4.  If that’s what we are going to use next season, let’s give him a chance to show what he can do there.

If that means Kalas playing RB, or Klose missing out, so be it.

A lot will depend on recruitment plans, but as it stands we need to go with what we have.

Kids doing well with the shit in the squad hes one of our main hopes hope pearson sees this .

Totally agree with you. JL has only got the job because Daddy owns the business. Let’s not forget he disappeared last season when things were tough - JL needs to be given another job away from the club

If Pearson was prepared to deal with agents I would have Pearson as DoF, but he doesn’t like agents or loans. Unfortunately we are stuck with Pearson because we can’t afford to sack him

I think we need to go with a DoF to give us a chance of having someone who can recruit rather than ex Leicester players. Someone like Rob Newman who is doing a good job at Man City on the scouting side, springs to mind

Hes now at West Ham mate but still doing a grand job.

I have just checked the League 1 table and Shrewsbury have the 3rd best defensive record. They are comfortably mid table in what is a very strong league this season.

Fair play to Cotts with all of his personal health issues over the last 18 months, i think he's doing a decent job at The New Meadow.

Regardless of what anyones opinions are of his time with us, he's proving again that he's more than a decent coach and can organise a team at that level.

Done more for them than they couldave hoped for and never wasted any money on fifty shit players .

I’m not sure what we’re doing wrong but when I saw that table that put us bottom of all the professional clubs in Europe for penalties awarded it’s a bit of a shocker.

In our home game against them we were given a bit of a footballing lesson, so we could do with a change of luck on Saturday.

 perhaps we dont fall down like the rest of them .

I mean... you can probably work it out. Disabled Pensioner is just 65+.

If you need a wheelchair/carer spot that's another story and you should've stated that more clearly.

    bcfc_seasontickets_pricingtable_webstory

But they usually quote disabled prices evey year nothing this year can only surmise its 375 ? As i said after waiting on phone for half an hour the guy was a out as much help as a chocolate teapot .

    Ain't that the truth.

I know the Club need money, but it feels like the right time to try and price the ST at a level to tempt more new buyers. It has felt a little like trying to squeeze the most out of those that already commit .

Phoned this morning to ask price for pensioner disabled as nothing mentioned on website as such waited in a que of eight people to speak to someone when the guy answered he said its what it states on website  i said thanks for your help. Your about as much help as  a chocolate teapot nice to know they treat fans with the respect they always do ??

A bit controversial but, would supporters like to see a City team continually struggling in the Championship or be in division one and see us winning a few games?
For me, I want to see my team playing attractive football and winning, something that’s been missing at Ashton Gate for some considerable time, I know that isn’t a given even in League one but it probably increases the chances of that happening.

Weve had the best part of the last fifty years of league one footy dont think we need anymore

I don't like him at RWB really. If included then I'd want him in the front 5. Could push Weimann up top and have Scott in behind the front two.

But everyone needs a rest from time to time.

For me success in the next 9 games is as much about keeping everyone fit as is it about winning games. I'd be fine seeing Scott rested for a couple of games.

Think theyve all rested tonight ??

Surely we should expect a couple of changes. Yes the result against Blackburn was good, but let's not pretend that was a perfect performance. Pearson said as much in his post match. He also raved about Martin. There is scope for changes to be made due to both performances and fitness.

I think we might see Wells start, and given his cameo on Saturday I'll begrudgingly say he deserves it. Assuming Kalas remains injured, then I agree we should stuck with the back three. Having said that, it's possible that Pring could come in either at LCB or at LWB, with Atkinson or Dasilva making way as appropriate.

Benarous is an option in midfield as well IMO. So we could see:

                             Bents

                 Cundy, Klose, Atkinson

       Dasilva                                      Pring

                      Benarous, Williams

                           Weimann

                      Wells, Semenyo

Not saying that is what I want to see, but just thinking about where Pearson may make some changes in order to keep the squad fresh.

    No Scott?

Well Massengo touted as going to premiership but I have not seen anything to think he is too good for us. If I'm honest so far he is a bit of a myth promise but no improvement.

Well obviously Southampton Watford and others don't agree with you .

Poor from Massengo but worse from Williams especially as he's the one player on the pitch you'd expect to absolutely clatter the Coventry man in that situation.

Kalas looking like an amateur level defender in that 4th picture, so poor from someone of his experience.

Still think it started with Dasilva putting a shit backwards pass for Massengo he was always struggling to get back.

He's a good technical footballer who uses the ball well but i still worry about him defensively.

I thought he played well tonight but i wouldn't be surprised if Nige prefers Pring in that left back role moving forward.

Thought the same and did he play the dodgy ball to Massengo leading up to their winner.

I have been critical of pearson in the past, but i called out jon lansdown on another thread the other day about his comments, what did he really expect would happen this season?!

however, at the point of the man united victory, up until the wolves game in the league, not many on here would have considered us being back to square 1,, we were playing at a level that had evolved past the promotion side at that point..

We couldnt sustain it through to the end of the season and then the big money sales started, but the square 1 comment doesnt really ring true for me.

He appointed that waste of space johnson and he ripped apart cotterells team one by one thats down to the lansdowns were stuck with the crap johnson And Ashton brought in and Nige is suffering for it now and that's what im talking about back to square one  players will be sold .
