  1. If he hasn’t had enough of City, I certainly have had enough of his stewardship
  2. I am not interested in financial disaster, and doubt that anyway, I am interested in dealing with our dna of a football disaster area.
  3. Sounds more like Eastville than Ashton Gate. Shan’t be coming for a very long time. Sort the players out, sort the Chairman out, and sort the so-called fans out. Feel, like others, totally let down by SL. Never felt this way before even when we fell from old L1 to L4.
  4. Sooner we accept that the previous regimes, including present owner, have made us into a team ripe for relegation the better. Retreat to League 1 and a rebuild on sensible lines. No point struggling to survive each season, losing promising players, and struggling again. Give NP his head in L1 and start all over again, hopefully with a Chairman who has a passing interest, and an owner with more nous. In Nige do I trust, but fear he will walk, and who could blame him
  5. I long ago gave up believing anything that man says
  6. Just read a report that 25% of EFL players are not jabbed. Why the hell does a footballer thinks he knows better than the scientists Hope our lot, given the torrid time NP had had with the virus, are all jabbed Anyway we shall know soon enough if we call off matches. If anyone from club management reads this, and we do have no jabbed players, perhaps they could arrange for medical experts to talk to players.
  7. I cannot believe the crass refusal of so many on Otib, too many, who are so quick to dismiss the advice of the scientists in this field. What makes them think they know better from their own position of complete ignorance It is at times like this that I despair of some of my fellow Bristolians

As has been said by a professional commentator, the problem with Jacki was he was too good for those playing alongside him
  9. Well done James and Nige. Some fight in them after all
  10. No mystery. Poor leadership in The Boardroom. Simples, really.
  11. Well done the City. Nige will see us steadily improve Always believe
  12. Why oh why can we not make games safe when in the lead ?
  13. Let’s all hope that Semenyo lives up to the hype around him and finds the net as he plays striker this afternoon.
  14. Not Wells. He’s finished here. Play one of our young forwards who has right temperament
  15. If some of the players have not bought in to NP’s ethos, and if SL is unwilling to invest in a meaningful way in January, then you may sadly get your wish for if I was NP I would walk away from a job that was undoable.
  16. OK then that means that SL’s flagship idea of BS will be dead in the water and it would be legitimate to question what degree of harm it has done over the years to BCFC. All I am interested in is that SL and son get out of my club
  17. Not sure that is correct because if AG and BCFC go together a new purchaser might well not want to ground share with rugby. And rugby would be left with ground. As Ihavesaid for years BS is a potential nightmare for all. It clearly has failed to deliver what was expected of it, ie a Bristol Barcelona. It is a broken model.
  18. Not us. We don’t, as BCFC, own our own ground. For that to apply to us BS would have to be broken up and sold separately with AG going to BCFC. My long standing concern about the chaos BS will cause at point of SL’s withdrawal, unless, of course, SL finds a buyer for the lot. And where are they going to come from?
