Yes I’m also not convinced it’s supposed to move to expired passes. It is a common issue with season tickets - looking at other club’s sites their Q&As cover this and how to move back to live wallet. They also say that the pass will still work at the turnstile even if sitting in expired so not a major problem - I would update it to the right match though. The comment on here that tickets will only update 3 days before the match is also not right. My wife’s ticket updated automatically to Birmingham last Sunday, the day after the Preston match. Her ticket did not go to expired. My ticket did go to expired last Sunday so I chose to move it back to live and update it to Birmingham manually. I have a feeling it might have expired because I opened it on Sunday to show it to my nephew to explain how it works, whereas my wife hadn’t touched hers - probably the best approach!

That is certainly not how it works. It’s merely to do with your phone reading data from a server. No stress, in the future it will just update, automatically, no input needed, no thought needed.

If there was nobody else there it would be easy.

Do you honestly think it is feasible for someone to walk from the Dolman stand around and outside, get served and then back to their seats during half time?

Could you please advise what amount City get?

Depends on the contracts signed with Caterers. However, Bristol sport get none of it. AG is owned by Bristol City Holdings.

Yep. Often go out at half time, grab a beer and sometimes a burger. No problem.

Exactly it moves into expired passes and leaves nothing in your wallet! I don’t think you can update nothing….

It can’t if it’s not in your wallet. You would have downloaded it for the start of the season….

So why isn’t it automatically updating now then? Doing what I just said makes it happen straight away. Do it your way and you’ll be panicking on the day of the next match when it doesn’t automatically update!

As has been covered, the club will send push updates three days before any game.

Anyone with iPhones should untick ‘Hide expired passes’ that will bring back the Preston tickets from expired passes in your wallet and leave it unticked. Then deselect automatic updates and then select it again. This should update to the Birmingham game straight away.

Or just wait, and it’ll all happen automatically.

The ONLY bit that makes me sad about not having physical cards anymore, is that I won’t have an actual card to add to the many I’ve collected over the years. As in they’ll just disappear from my phone wallet at the end of the season. My daughter has a season ticket this year, and I won’t have a card to put in her “box of stuff to look through when she’s grown up.”

Yep, but that’s happening with everything. Boarding passes, concert tickets, etc. all things I would have previously kept.

I know you have liked to troll me for many years now, so maybe you will listen to someone else that understands what is going on?

The below is open to interpretation, but if we look into what was said...

Anyway, I've said all I need to say now - enjoy the game tomorrow

    09:15 - 10:00

Q: "Is the door still open for Tomas Kalas, or are you now...."

NP: "Well if it is, it's a bit draughty, you know, I've not spoken to Tomas for weeks and I think that's something that is probably over now, err I'm not going to say definitely not, cause... because it's not something that's been discussed at all and we're not going to shift on the financial aspects of where we were with him and that was the reason it did not go ahead , I would think the probabilities are very low"

    26:46 - 27:00

    Q: "With Kalas potentially leaving

    NP: "He has left"

    Q: "Potentially coming back"

    NP "There is no potentially"

    19:40 - 21:10

Q: ... you said at the start of pre-season in terms of the goal keeper department you were going to have a look at it, Harvey and Stefan in terms of the number two, have you kind of made a decision with that and are you confident that your goal keeping department is strong enough for the campaign"?

A: It's an area that we might still look at, at some point, but and I think that I have explained this over the last week or so, that we are not now in a position where if we are going to bring somebody else in we are right on the limit in terms of how we have decided to structure our wages, and so it is something we might have to look at it, it's not a, it's not the priority. This is where we go back to the Alex Scott situation that if we sold him we are not going to then be able to then spend fortunes as that is not where we are as a football club now, we worked hard to get where we are now. We have an agreed ceiling for the wages, the wage bill. I think that it is important to verbalise so that our fanbase understand that too"

I’ve never trolled anyone. I’ve become frustrated at the shite you often spout. Both quotes you’ve put in prove exactly my point; see highlighted.

    Hope you enjoy tomorrow too.

Are you Joking, NP clearly said Kalas HAS GONE

Assume you noticed that we have added players to our squad over the summer?

NP clearly said IM NOT GOING TO SAY DEFINITELY NOT

He also say, contrary to your post, that we may look to add a goalkeeper.

It is also evident, contrary to your post, that we will sign if we sell Scott. Maybe one, maybe two. Who knows. But we will definitely sign.

    Jeez.

I hope so, as it's none of their bloody business who has or hasn't a smartphone. At these prices, people should have received the type of tickets they are entitled to. But as usual, it's fans last.

Oh ffs. Why are fans entitled to a bit of plastic?

    No we aren't,

King - Old boy now. Wouldn’t expect to play more than 10

    James - suffers with injuries

    Knight

Naismith when fit - suffers with injuries

Benarous - who knows how he will go

Williams - seems to got over his injuries, but still needs looking after

    That's 6 players playing for 2 maybe 3 places

You've also got other players who are perfectly capable there

Yes, we really are. If we go into the season with that, we are light. If we were to get another young to middle aged midfielder in this summer, we will also make next summers recruitment a hell of a lot easier.

As a late adopter to the world of the digital wallet (and I have to say, it has impressed me no end!) - any idea how the payment and discount thing is going to work?

If I'm paying for something, I just wave my phone at the card reader and it processes the transaction, but if I was to buy a coffee, do I need to wave my phone at the machine with something else open - or is the technology able to recognise both my season ticket holding status and my card details in one swish.

Scan season ticket first, then payment card.
