The balance of the squad looks very good for the first time in about 18 months. I think J.Bryan on loan would really add to this team. I get we would need to negotiate on wages but why not. Also add a central midfielder who will challenge Williams and Massengo and the squad will look pretty good. If we keep hold of AS and Scott the squad with the 2 additions looks like it has a enough to look at top 10 and maybe the play offs is not a million miles off. Its another weak division this year. Maybe 6th is actually not as far away as it looked at the start of the season. With AS & Kalas fit hopefully in next 2 or 3 weeks we will have lots of competition for places and the bench will look pretty strong. If Wilson can make the step up and deliver his believed potential Nige will have a real problem picking the team each week. A few could go out on loan - Max, Bell, Towler, tanner and maybe even Pring or D’Silva if JB was to be brought in. Lots of its and buts but none are really impossible if and I agree difficult under the financial situation.

Why Williams, Pring and Wilson not playing I just don’t get. Scott looks one attacking player to many. Nige sees them in training so his call but for me 3 better players are sat on the bench and we look open to being hit on the break. How we set up will be key. Teams look better to play on the break so will be very imprtant we don’t lose the ball in midfield.

Agree so why not use him. The whole thing with Wells does not make sense. Not playing for almost 12 months to get rid of him has not worked and cost us circa £1.5m That is shocking and Is simply bad management. That’s why we are a mess - with Wells we get everything we deserve. Seems good attitude puts effort in and ‘will score’ goals if he plays. If he does go - the priority must be a replacement with pace. They have to make the opposition sit deeper or even need to double up. We someone who can pick up the ball in our half and run to the edge of the other teams box - just like Albert it Murray. Part of the reason we coincide so may goals in the amount of team the ball spends in our half. That will help our midfield which is light of at least 1 player. The second priority is that replacement midfielder who is a starter ( I think we actually need 2 maybe a loan as well) We have Wells to replace Martin - yes diff player but will still take the load off and is Championship ready. If Wells go we another Striker. So min 2 needed and max maybe 4.

No Martin Zero chance he won’t start I would prefer it if he didn’t but no way will go without him. Also needs Massengo in the middle as short of Midfield

Agree a player to come on when Massengo runs out of steam on about 75 mins. Not got the legs for me. We look to slow when Williams and James play together. Add Martin upfront and we are just to slow in transition. We are getting better with Wilson and Skye’s added plus when Symenyo is back we will start to look better. Just need another DM who has some pace and we should be ok hopefully a loan before window closes.

Looking at the rest of our half of the draw its actually been quiet kind for an away game. Maybe not glamour but pretty good in terms of chance of getting through and travel

Add more pace into the front 3 A lot more energy in the team. Gives Tanner, Towler and Pring a run out. Can also go to the subs bench if needed.

Not that much choice One of only about 5 players likely to play every game. Kalas (if not sold) Williams (if stays fit) Naismith (if does not keep getting assists for the opposition) Wieman (will play every game) Seymnyo/Scott (will play but to young Give it to Wieman - leads from example with effort.

Agree but the all do it. The rules are already in place and if the player breaks them then blow the whistle. They all do it because they have seen the prem refs do it on match of thee day.

We are a long way off both these teams. Pace, power up front. Strong defenders who are ultra competitive. Full backs who get forward. Decent midfielders. Wingers who put the ball in the box. Also both have decent bench that can effect the game. Both ex prem so no real surprise but it does reinforce the gap to the top of this division let alone to the prem.

Ref again delaying the take of the penalty. The Refs are real long slowing the games up at every set piece. Stroud did every free kick and corner Saturday. Tonight the ref is mucking about with encroachment. Drives me mad. Go on about the players wasting time it’s the bloody refs they need to sort out

Agree Kalas and Symenyo plus a few decent loans would make all the difference. Wells,Max,Vyner, Mesengo and even JD plus Bell, Conway, Towler loans should create enough space for at least 3 or 4 loans and or maybe even a perm signing Two of the signings needs to be a Striker (pace) and midfielder

To get the best out of Wells - play him for 90 mins not 4 or 5. Play him through the middle and put the ball in the box - he will score goals. Can’t score or effect the game from the bench. Clearly Nige wants him out and has done for a long time. Bringing Conway on yesterday instead of him is embarrassing and shameful. What a waste of £5m, his time and talent. We are a mess of a club at times.
