Clayton Donaldson scored two for Sheff United at Sunderland
Didnt realise he'd gone there
Always wanted us to go in for him
always gives a return
No offence to Woodrow - Would have been great alternative to give FD rest
Yep, said on another thread on here, he would've been a great signing imho.

Pity the "family" didn't decide they didn't want to pay for a stadium before they bought the club. A piece of land with pp and infrastructure in place is not going to be cheap. No one can blame uwe for wanting market value for the land.
as stated before UWE can not sale the land as it was a gift and was stated no third party ownership
When they took over they thought the Sainsbury case would have went ahead and would have the money
no one wants to invest as we all know not many clubs make good profit and most runs at a loss
UWE won't happen and the playing budget will be very low
best they could hope for is the family don't sale they have been in London trying to of load it
as for the training ground it's a investment to let the club pay for and then once rovers is off loaded they will rent to them
it's a way of getting some one else to build and pay then take it over
Is that right? Not heard that before. They're right up the creek if that's the case. Worrying times for the 'few'.

Anyone going to the Ireland ODI tomorrow? Just got my ticket...there's a few left
Bet you wished you hadn't bothered KITR. Can't believe they chose to bat first. Once they did that it was always going to be a short day. Feel sorry for you and all those who've paid their hard earned for that shambles.

In their deluded little minds it's worse that being relegated to non league by a team wearing their own away kit!

Hearing that their all time greatest player, Dean Windass was guest of honour at the Legion here in Kingswood last night, after he went over the road to Chasers, started giving it the big I am and promptly got a few slaps!
Jesus. What an absolute embarrassment they are, still dining out on that shite from years ago. Desperate they are. Desparate and bitter!!

Had the 'pleasure' of going to IKEA this morning so I suggested we take the route past the Rugby ground to see the sights. As we passed the dump on Filton Avenue my missus, completely unprompted, turned around to me and said 'it's a bit Sunday League isn't it. A bit amateurish'. Proud proud moment.

The gift that keeps on giving.....
This has just got me thinking since the bus headbutting incident just how much the Sags keep giving.
Perhaps it is time to compile the ultimate list? Let's face it, they have nothing left but a few Championship ready sprinklers and a tent, but they have provided us with some belters over recent seasons. They have literally set themselves up for an almighty fall time and time again to the point where you simply cannot laugh anymore. So let's get the ultimate list compiled. I suggest copying and pasting the list and then adding further lines to it? Honestly, by the end they are going to wish they never attempted "bants", and they will react in their normal Neanderthal way by trying to settle it with a fight....
1) "And Now You're Gonna Believe Us" - Pitch storming celebrations at Wycombe singing about the Gas staying up only to be relegated out of the football league the following week
2) Mansfield sending the Sags down playing in Rovers shirts
3) Millions of Ted's in the Mansfield end being blamed for the disgraceful scenes following relegation
4) "I've been frew two divorces" - Mike the sobbing Sag
5) Clem on BT Sport vs the mighty Forest Green "Bristol Rovers singing their anthem Come On Eileen"
6) Horse Punching
7) Steward Punching
8) Fighting with players in the back of the Braintree net
9) Being done for racial abuse
10) Family Club with more banning orders than any club in the football league
.........
I didn't know about number 5. Absolute genius, thank you for sharing!

Great result and big boost to hold on as well given our away form. Would've bit your hand off before the start of the game for a point. Well done City.

Huddersfield coming up on Newcastles heels - may be 2 points behind them if they can win at Derby tonight
And Leeds out of the play offs as it stands. Would be very sweet, especially if we can hold on!

All Blackburn now. FFS...........

It's not a fantastic result, that would be a win.
A point before the game would've been acceptable.
Come on boys.
Your opinion. My opinion is that it would. Swings and roundabouts.

Need to hold on now. Draw still a fantastic result all things considered. Come on City.

We have Barnsley next before Brighton, but get your drift.
Ah, what a donut! Too much booze this weekend. Puts a different slant on things. Still feel we need to halt any Blackburn fight back today though if we can.

With respect, I don't buy into the 'free shot' point of view shared by some on here. A win for them would give them a huge boost following their win against Florist and with Brighton up next for us we could be right in the mire come 5pm next Saturday. I would be massively happy with a point right now and Im confident we can get it.

It is but we've been playing well all season but not getting the results our play deserves at times, we've drawn our last few home games but should have won them. We're better than our form suggests pal, and I'm not saying it from afar I've seen every league game we've played in last 10 years, I'm home and away every week.
Congratufuckinglations. Medal time. Must be a boring existence what with being on our site all the time, even though your team are getting results.

'They've had the riot act read to them. Not just me but by Mc and Holden as well. Need players we can trust. They'll be in tomorrow. Massive 4 days. Got to pick myself up and we go again'!!!!!!! F OFFFFFFFFFF!!!!!!

Here comes the little ****. 'Better side first half.....Need to be tougher.... Magnussen spent half the time on the floor, too FLICKY (wtaf), wasn't a 5-0 game'. F OFF!!!!!

Not sure what to say. Many saying players are good enough but not able or not wanting to play for the manager. The players didn't really come over at the end, not fully over. They hung back and stayed as a group and went through the motions of applauding us fans. Only Tammy and Brownhill came over and spoke to people, the rest were cowards...and I'm not being harsh as the fans certainly weren't on their backs during the game. No excuses.
Bloody cowards. Sorry you and the others had to go through that shit @RedM hope you have a safe journey home.
