Well done Leicester. Such a great achievement with one of the championships largest ever wage bills I’d guess.
all a bit of a farce isn’t it. They are playing a different game to us and plenty of others in this division.

And Sky and BBC would have you believe football didn't exist prior to the creation.
Sky as a company wouldn’t exist without the PL and visa versa so it’s a mutual interest thing.

The premier league sold out to sky years ago, in fact that basically why it was created. This is what you get.

Good god they’ve got form for this sort of rubbish as well. When they brought zola in ….. Look how that turned out !!!

Don’t agree with that . He said we have the players ( paraphrasing ) but we don’t believe in ourselves enough
It’s one thing saying something but truly believing it deep down is another.
i dont think we’ve got the required quality for a play off push and I don’t blame anyone for that. Money talks in this division and we haven’t got enough of it to splash out on game changers.

Such a sore loser. Total embarrassment of a club before he got there and he’s managing to drag them lower.

Got to be Warnock, if for no other reason than to piss off the Blades.
Surely not. They hate each other

Looking a bit of a train wreck aren’t they. Bottom 3 as it stands at present might just be the bottom 3 come May??

It is a penalty but I don’t see anybody in the referees face.
Half hearted appeals again.
Very good point. We are shyte at gamesmanship.

Have to agree he was dreadful.
It’s hard isn’t it as we want to be positive about our younger players but he does look very raw at the moment to be getting this much game time.
His time will come though.

Another embarrassing home debacle to go with the long list we have had over the past few seasons. You shouldn’t be losing a game at home from being 2 nill up. Unacceptable.
Not against a side like that Stoke side who weren’t the best. Such a lack of quality in the final third from us

It's the Blue-Peter of sports shows.
I have no idea who they are trying to entertain or inform with their magazine style content, but it says a lot that I would rather watch a Scottish lunchtime kick-off than Football Focus.
Maybe we have all been spoiled with the level of analysis you get from Sky, the content you can find online and clubs producing their own shows, but Football Focus isn't ticking any boxes for me.
It FF was a derby game, it would be Pebble Mill v The One Show.
Pebble mill what a blast from the past.

Zak probably over extended his knee after chasing back to defend Max's awful clearance.
Max did the same again today. Shanked one straight to one of theirs about 35 yards out. Does it Almost every game. One day it’ll cost us a goal

Sad news. RIP Maddy.

How many of the Bristol team are on World cup duty?
Whether on World Cup duty or not that is nowhere near a full strength bears line up.

I think they will either muscle in on an expanded champions league or reignite the super league idea. Barca and juventus are desperate for that still.
The sport of golf has set the precedent.

Yeah and he was offered a lot more than that to do the same JOB
He was. Sorry . I thought you meant he’d only just managed to set his family up by moving to Saudi.

They were already set up for life though as he’d been on £100,000k a week at anfield

1) doesn't particularly like/rate the current manager
2) doesn't get the power and influence over footballing matters that he has enjoyed under previous managers
3) sale of the club is imminent
It's not a fortune to him, mind. It's relative peanuts.
That’s why he loved the Johnsons isn’t it?

Yep, especially when he’s backed and backed and backed previous “regimes”. It doesn’t sit well with me either. I’m very disappointed, that after all the hard work he chooses now to constrain the football club.
(Those are by understated feelings!)
Let’s be honest Dave , the only managers he has really seriously backed (financially and it terms of losing matches) at this level have had the surname Johnson.

I think the answer is possibly that the owner is open to selling the club and sees the fact that the manager’s contract is running down as something that any new owners would see as a good thing.

What absolutely amazes me is that there are still Gasheads who refuse to believe it could the fault of anyone to do with the club.

I mean FFS, have they been living in a cave for the last 10 years?
Rovers are exactly known for being professional are they?**** up followed by **** up followed by **** up.
The gift.
But that’s why things like this keep happening to them. Unless you start fronting up to your failings, learn from them and try to improve you’ll keep going around in circles.
Not all, but too many gas heads think their club is perfect (swallowing all the tripe they are fed) and that things like this happen because everyone is out to get them.

We have a ready made chant, and imo, up there with the mighty Millwall roar, I give you..
...the Doobie doobie doo song, otherwise known as the Tom Thumb theme tune.
It's simple, clean language, and causes a loud "Ohhhhh" or roar when done properly, and even better, it's unique to us
I remember that when I first started going in the 80’s. Absolutely loved that one.

Last 5 or so seasons we have lost a lot of home matches and drawn quite a few,. dropping 25 + pts a season. Side ways football and hardly any play to cheer at, fans need to be excited, i prefer to watch us play away from home
Exactly. For a few years now I feel our game/players eg. Bell and Sykes, has been suited to playing away. When teams sit off of us at AG a bit we really struggle to make any impression at all. It’s dull to watch and I think it has plenty to do with the below par atmosphere .

They’ve only ever seriously shown ambition for managers with the surname Johnson.
