Callum Hutton has joined Yate on loan from City. Kyle Tooze has gone from Yate to Gosport Borough on loan.

Keith Millen is in temp charge of Gillingham after Neil Harris sacking. Didn't see that sacking coming to be fair.

Always thought he was good on BT's National League coverage.

Not many Somerset born footballers make it to the top.
Tyrone Mills, Jack Butland and Tommy are all I can think of atm.
Is it too late for him to be English again instead of Scottish?

Sounds like Larkhall gave Bath an almighty fright today, were leading 2-0 at HT only to end up losing 3-2.

Men against Boys!!

Some of his signings were bizarre to say the least. There were a couple of players he signed from Paulton that he didn't pick when he managed Paulton. Tooze and Sainsbury were 2 good signings but Tooze has definitely lost his mojo in recent weeks.

She did the Rovers home game the other day as well. I believe she hasn't got another Yeovil game until end of October as she has been given other matches to cover. Whether that is for radio Bris or five live I don't know.

Wins for Bath, Taunton and Yeovil today, leaving them all in the top six of National League South.
Nice to see a city youngster getting a lot of game time at Bath City which hasn't always been the case in the last two or three seasons. Too many have gone there and not been used. Ewan Clark has started most games and been getting good reviews for his performances.

Watching BMF against Yate today, can’t shake the feeling that Yate are in trouble. I expect Manor Farm to be one of the weaker sides at that level, but they bullied Yate early doors - great finish by Grubb. Yate got back into it with a pen that looked debatable but created the square root of nothing.
What was more disturbing was the fact that Yate seemed to have no gameplan and frequently didn’t do the basics - every corner was long as they didn’t account for the slope, nobody seemed to want to be an option, the pace was slow and within a two minute period the team tried to let Lewis (on the left) and Tooze (on the right) beat three men alone with no support. They feel like a very badly coached side at the moment, and the fact Sainsbury was MoM tells its own story.
Pretty much directionless, tactically not there and lacking effort. Those things tend to lead to a managerial change sooner rather than later.
Not sure what went on but Toozey calling people that were having a pop at him out on twitter

Went to Paulton v Willand Rovers. Paulton scored there 1st league goal of the season to beat Willand one nil. Willand were top but showed nothing. They had ex BMF striker Owen Howe up front.

Yeah and they were dreadful too!!

Paulton if they win their replay are away to Tiverton. Not sure the above draw is correct.
Think that is last year's draw.

See last season Rovers had some youngsters on the bench at times. They have now got a first team squad of 28 players to fill a match day squad of 18. Not much of a pathway for the younger players they have.
They are having a go this season, almost a win or bust situation.

Cracking result for Hibs tonight. Watched the second half and they played well. Decent chance of making the group stages now.
What is the format then, I thought they had Villa if they got through this tie?

Home to QPR or Norwich

I wouldn't mind us going in for Jesunrun Rak-Sakyi on loan from Crystal Palce. Did well at Charlton last season 15 goals. Only 20 and can player either on the wing or as a forward.
Heard he was going to Leicester. But yeah good player.

I'd say West Ham given the impact of Rice and departure of Lanzini already needed 3 midfielders.
Problem is Moyes is under pressure and looking at more experienced options. Or maybe it's that tug of war beyween him and the New Director of Football also ongoing.
Looks like Moyes may be winning with Ward-Prowse transfer imminent.
