I saw on TV last night that fans at one club held up snakes when a former player was in the opposition side.
Think it was aimed at Stoke manager Rowett by Derby fans.

Heard that Opi Edwards is in the squad
If true, that just about sums things up at the moment. Sign a plethora of wingers then add a development one to the 1st team squad. If he was good enough why sign all of the others?

Just seen a tweet of Wael out in Russia in an England shirt. All the usual gas replies of you're a legend. Truly embarrassing.

One of them just told me that the majority of Bristol supports them but they don't want to go down to the mem...
You can't make it up really...
There are only 2 types of supporter in Bristol. You are either City or anti-City.

Overseas player announced tomorrow for Somerset anyone heard anything?
Cameron Bancroft is the rumour.

Think Wednesday's attacking style will play into our hands, and we will come away with the points. We will destroy them on the counter attack hopefully.

Woodrow misses out with hamstring injury.

Yep. He played there last season. So did Smith. Smith had been shite so far this season, pack will gutted too. But you also can't play smith and pack....cos it's double crap. Pato will be disappointed...remember he was woethical 20m end of last season.
I must have missed that game when Wright played right back last season.

Amazed how much fitness is talked about, rotation ect. The seasons not long started and they've just had two weeks off. Drives me crazy. Get on with it. Football players are paid an astronomical amount money and they can't perform 3 games in a week? Give over.
Anyway rant over. Interesting line up, no complaints from me, well about the team anyway
Just heard that Bolton have made 5 changes and Sheff Utd 4 in there match.

Dont see BW as a full back , if I'm honest - though I think Zak would have had a rough night so difficult .....
Have tbh - fear a tough night and head says 2/3 nil to Wolves
Heres hoping for a heroic team performance
COYR
He will be a defensive full back i would imagine BBSB, so shouldn't be much space in behind him. Defensively he is very good, so fingers crossed he will cope.

Can see Flint in for Wright due to all his travel and Elliason coming in. Perhaps, allowing a change in centre mid with Josh B moving in there?
Will take a point now
Think Leko will start personally.

Haven't they got a sensible ticketing structure? I'm sure they're one of the cheapest league clubs going.
17k season ticket holders at about £150 each I believe.

Decent result today, only losing 2-0 to the 2nd biggest team in the area, Forest Green.

Rovers fan I work with said to me earlier this summer that Luke James was the worst striker he had ever seen play for them.
When you have watched the likes of Christian McClean and whoever they had up front in the season they were relegated from the football league, that is some ******* accolade..
He has scored something like 3 goals in 100 games since leaving Hartlepool. Not the best for a striker.

Nothing really. The Peterborough chairman just said they turned down 2 bids from rovers for 2 of their strikers. An earlier tweet stated they bid very low.
One of them was Luke James who they had on loan last season and never scored a goal. For a striker he has something like 3 goals in his last 100 games. Think the other one was the lad Nichols that Posh signed from Exeter.

I take it Dopey is on Twentyman's Radio Bristol show tonight. Just seen a tweet from Radio Bristol saying he wants 10 new players in the summer. Let's see how much is left in the kitty for these after all of the ground improvements.

McCoulsky out warming up with the team today. If we win today think he might get some game time in last couple of games.

With respect, I don't buy into the 'free shot' point of view shared by some on here. A win for them would give them a huge boost following their win against Florist and with Brighton up next for us we could be right in the mire come 5pm next Saturday. I would be massively happy with a point right now and Im confident we can get it.
We have Barnsley next before Brighton, but get your drift.

Johnson has to be fired tonight. And his buddy. Get Joe Jordan in for the rest of the season and let him pick his assistants. See where it goes from there. At worst it won't be worse than what's happening now.
Joe is working as a coach for Middlesborough since Karanaka was sacked

I thought they could, that's what happened to Bailey Wright at Fulham last season...
