Worried about our left hand side, Ebosele is a real talent on their right flank. Might well push O'Dowda back. If COD does not track then we could have problems as not convinced by Atkinson's positional sense yet.

My Millwall - supporting brother in law got in five minutes after KO!
Think that was the day the majority of Millwall supporters came in late...

Assuming no James (or the other injured players) this is what I’d be doing:
Bentley
Vyner | Kalas | Atkinson | Pring
Scott | Massengo | Bakinson | O’Dowda
Semenyo | Weimann
Subs: O’Leary, Simpson, Dasilva, Benarous, Martin, Wells, Pearson
I think Semenyo will give us something Derby’s defenders won’t like. Davies and Jagielka won’t like his power and pace.
Yep agree Dave, would play him on Jagieka's side, he is a lot less mobile than Davies.

Goodman at it again. Even after seeing the Robinson tackle in the Fulham game from another angle he still maintains it was a good challenge.
-
Stuart McCall as assistant manager as well. Oh dear.

Those bloody invisible green shirts I reckon!
King was gonna be early December….let’s hope he’s progressing.
…and also if you bare in mind his age in those seasons….21, 22 and 23, that’s very good. Shame our ex-Evertonian didn’t play as many in all his time here as Joe did in one season at Bolton.
Did you spot the chunk of shirt / shoulder Østigård had on Massengo?
Didnt realise Bents didn’t save Fletcher’s header onto the cross bar….from 100 yards away it looked a brilliant save
At the start Dave if you look closely he is pulling Massengo's massive hair. That should have been the first infringement the ref should have spotted before HNM wrestled him to the ground.

Interesting to hear Pearson saying that it was Matty James in the dressing room after the game who was reminding the senior pros that they have a responsibility to look after the kids. Shows that a player can have influence even when he's not in the squad.
And noticed Simpson was geeing the players up when they came out for the 2nd half.

Benarous has that great quality that is lacking in so many of our players: he's hard to get the ball off of.
Yep good upper body strength for his age and good balance. He was one of the main reasons we saw the game out. He won quite a few free kicks late on to run the clock down.

I did wonder if Stoke time wasting would have been more acceptable!
It would have been good game management if it were Stoke doing it.

Don Goodman is always pro Midlands clubs.

Mackem fans won't be happy tonight. One nil up against 10 men for half the game and only drawing.

DW didn’t mention that when he took part in an interview on one of the City podcasts.
For me Wilson provided the most attacking and exiting football in years and we’ve not seen anything as thrilling since.
Well he certainly made me leave the play off final.

What a terrible final, Price was so focused he was actually boring for once.
Typical that probably the worst match of the whole tournament was the bloody final!
Yeah totally focused. See he had his family there, first time I have seen that.

Lovely 2nd goal just gone in for Bournemouth. Great football.

Price will get beat by Clayton tonight. Clayton best player in the world at the moment.

5 players there who have had little football of late. Kalas will play, possibly right back.

I actually think he will do well elsewhere at this level. Agree with many though that this season he's playing nowhere near as well as he can
I am not sure that there is not a mentality issue here. He had consistent shin splint issues, and maybe that is still affecting him, if not physically but mentally. For sure he has been very disappointing of late and gets targeted by the opposition.

That was a really frank and much less evasive interview. I liked it.
Did he say Weimann is out? Sounds like Semenyo and Williams will start.
Didn't mention Weimann I don't think. Tanner is out, can see Kalas playing right back on Saturday with Atkinson & Baker central.

Yep my memory is vague but didn’t we play Rosenior at centre half or something random like that and he actually had a blinder
Yep if memory serves he played as an extra centre half to mark their giant centre forward (Francis) ? Remember loads of long throws coming into our box.

Why isn't Snake starting tonight?
Was injured late on at the weekend. Wasn't expected to be involved at all tonight.

I think that Taylor and Bailey Wright were both booked in the same incident according to timings on my scores app.
