Not many people do take criticism well,
Get things wrong, by all means, but when there is a backlash like this then a good leader will come out, apologise, learn from the mistake and move forward,
Those in charge are not good leaders, they double down which anyone with a basic knowledge of business will know that is the worst thing to do
Hes been taught by a master!

Other teams have good players. Its not football manager
Then it's up to the manager/coach to devise a way to beat them, you know actually go out and win the game. Not be petrified if losing

None of that equates to automatically winning it does it? As you say, France has equal opportunity - there is never a divine right to win a trophy.
We have been in the mix in recent tournaments, and i expect we will be in the mix in the forthcoming Euros. I hope the gold dust of Bellingham takes us over the line.
Southgate has been a good manager for England - i don't see how anyone can argue against that.
Because with the best set of players we have ever had, especially going forward he has won diddly squat even with the advantage of a home final
Won absolutely nothing, zilch, nada and with his negative attitude that's how it will stay

Yes, I agree that it's some of the problem, but I don't see SL being amenable to having those other voices in the boardroom if he deems them to hold too much of a different opinion.
Steve lansdown does not attend board meetings, officially he is not even on the board
Different voices are being heard

Ummm probably at a guess because the Wales game actually has a meaning instead of ours which will be two shadow teams playing boring Manning, whoops Southgate ball

Are you a member of the hierarchy at our club? Because your inability to read a room and come out with some pathetic, sad statement has you well qualified to be

Never known Chris Honor to have his own opinion when sharing a studio/pod with anyone, he just goes along with what the other says and his failure to criticise anyone (constructive or otherwise) at the club is why he is miles and miles behind Gary Owers.

That WAS us, when we allowed Ashton to play player roulette and have random punts of players like Engvall 1.2mil, 4 games. Signing Szmodics when either LJ didn't fancy him as a player, or he was just too similar to other players we already had.
Looking at how szmodics and even Ashton are doing now I'd trade!

We were better off by far with Nige, Gould, Tins doing the academy stuff, and Jon sharpening his crayons.
What a shit show now. I wonder if Scot Davidson fancies another crack at it?
Never say never ...... Sort of!

Cheaper tickets, doubling the wage bill and what are likely some expensive loan signings which I imagine won’t just be this season, if they don’t go up in a couple of seasons they could be in trouble
Risk and reward
Exactly everything we are not!
All have to go!

Fair enough this is what they have clearly stated so can't dispute it if people take it at face value, but personally I don't take those comments too seriously because I have seen similar too many times before with new kit releases, for me it's just horseshit marketing talk that they do everytime they release kits and they often have no substance behind them.
Sscchhhhhh do t tell Chippenham red he's fell for it!

I know this wouldn’t happen, but currently I’m in the ‘won’t renew’ section (I’m not sure either what City/Manning can do to change my mind) and I was wondering if City would contact previous season tickets holders after the deadline date and asked why we didn’t renew?
Maybe not for people who have only been season ticket holders for a short time, but surely for someone like myself who’s been a season ticket for 21 years they would like to hear my opinions on what has changed this year?
Imagine trying to cancel a Bank or Sky account after 21 years, they would be offering all sorts of things to keep you as a customer, which is essentially what we all are at City now.
They just don't care mate
It's why we all feel totally disillusioned and detached from the club at the moment
I'm not renewing either, I'll go support portishead town next season and maybe do a few away games

Here’s the American Airlines logo. It captures the essence of the American flag, but it’s an artistic variation of it - there are no stars. Brands play with familiar iconography like this all the time. In this instance they’ve just played with the cross to align with the colour scheme of the shirt. So what?
A ridiculous fuss over nothing by people who care far too much about things that don’t matter, stoked by the utterly tedious Tory and right wing media-driven culture wars.
The USA does not have an official flag carrying airline
So somewhat blows your tedious theory out the water

It is worse than that, this is on the England store website..... they do offer Free Delivery though
I'm taking a friend who hasn't been to an England game before so am getting brownie points with her, also doing the stadium tour Sunday lunchtime
I was wondering about going to The Globe before the game, easy location when changing tubes at Baker Street, certainly quieter the The Metropolitan will be
Never been here before, not sure I can be bothered with the hassle of getting served
I applied for those too, I doubt I will be in the area until about 4pm if I head straight there after checking in at my hotel
I guess it is one to avoid at that time?
I was tempted to go there after the game to give the crowds time to disperse
They won't be showing the game
Which block are you in?
I'm in 126, I was going to take the large Weston / England flag my mate in S82 has, but I am going to be drinking around London after so don't trust myself not to lose it
Phantom
Don't go on the tube, get on the overground from Marylebone to wembley, it's no where near as busy especially after the game, you can usually get a seat!

Know what you're saying but back last June there was no way of knowing the promotion race was going down to the wire with potential for a dramatic finale.
They probably thought Leicester were going to walk away with it like Burnley.
Turns out, promotion might be decided on the very last day and also involve big, "sexy" teams that will guarantee an audience.
Imagine if, last June, they'd booked 12:30 in for kick off and then Preston .v. Bristol City was a promotion decider! (Yeah, yeah, I know)
They didn't need to know it was gonna be close, it still may not be even at this stage
There was nothing wrong in them (sky and the league) telling us when the fixtures were announced
Sky would find someway to promote any dead rubber anyway!
