Yep, and this ties in with my point above. Anybody other than him or Stokes (who I wouldn't burden with the job) isn't secure in their place in the side. The likes of Burns and Buttler have been talked about as potential leaders in the past but you wouldn't bank on either being in the team within a few months.

Change the lot of them if you want, but until the ECB change their attitude to Test cricket it's little more than rearranging deckchairs on the Titanic.
