As critical as I am of Manning, people have hit the nail on the head time and time again in that the issues go well above him alone.

The only one I think would make any difference is Naismith, and that would only be if played in midfield as someone to get stuck in but also have the ability to play football. Twine maybe but can’t comment after one game. The rest would make no difference.

Biggest positive from tonight by far. Made no secret in the past that my opinion was an upgrade on Max was needed in the summer. He is now often our stand out performer, albeit the competition is poor. Dickie player of the season, Max second place.
