We all know this club is a job for the boys and don’t get me wrong scotty probably gave me my second best day behind Mansfield but is it not time to say goodbye and become professional
I know what’s coming by the way
He's the kitman, surely he is not exactly pivotal?

Can I just say how "disappointed" I am in the OP's spelin'?

Watching MOTD last night, I must admit that the Florists' plain home kit is quite smart, which I say through gritted teeth because I despise them.
And Bournemouth's change kit colours are lovely. Although the detailing is naff.
Any other kits you admire?

Back on topic, it's not looking good for the lad...

Only one team in red have won the world cup
12 have won it wearing Blue
But... that's different. Italy (blue) have better infrastructure, history, etc than Turkey (ref)

It may be true. Teams in red have historically performed the best.
We're the exception that proves the rule

Given what he did for us and for Leicester, maybe turnaround is what he could specialise in - coming in to some under-performing shower, and reworking them into something good over a couple of seasons. Like the football equivalent of appointing the Administrators.

This thread has depressed me a bit.
Yes, it's taken a dark turn, but deep love to those who've battled dependence and won

I wince at the very thought! I was standing not too far away from him on that 5hitty terrace and could've put it in with me knob [it seemed like two inches from the goal line], it was that bad a miss
Your gentleman's sausage seemed like it was 2" from the goal line?!?!?!?!? Amazed the ref didn't notice

Watching Notts County annihilate Bradford City with an enterprising first half display perhaps we went for the wrong lower league manager.
FFS, fella's had one game and you're doubting him?!?!?

Bristol Rovers get no preferential treatment by BCC, they are well known to many at City Hall as a laughing stock run by amateurs.
How are we viewed (dare I ask)?

Updated, we need a drunk keeper, smashed full backs, a zig-zagging right wing and a manager.
Cashley
RB Caulker Coles Bailey
RM Tommy Doc Gow McIndoe
Peacock Jacki
Manager
Right, I've updated in bold, taken out Tins, who wasn't a drinker, and Nobes, because if it's someone with a real problem - that's not kind.
Ray Cashley in because I just about remember watching him play, ditto Gerry Gow. McIndoe and Bailey are in.
Did someone say that our esteemed kit man liked a tipple?

Not sure that emoji is appropriate.
For all the laughs we have had meeting players that are out on lash, Ralph Milne is the tragic side of the story. Alcoholism is no laughing matter.
To be clear, let's leave out those who had an alcohol problem, as opposed to those who just liked a few.
I'm not au fait (ITK) enough to know who is and isn't in which list, so will take others' advice.

I think they are yes , they end up fluffy in the middle and very crisp on the outside and if cooked in beef dripping are very tasty….in moderation of course.
I must admit, I loathe crispy chips

I can remember 4 'strikers' from around 82/83 that weren't the best: John Kerr from Tramere, John Palmer, dragged in from the Western League and the Kelly Brothers, Errington and Nyrere, I think they both camecfrom the Gas. All were bloody awful
All excusable because we were broke

Come on then, whose round is it? I mean...nominate your all-time City "likes a tipple" players.
4-4-2, and we'll even allow a drunken manager.
Go

I mean the way the join of the halves of the kit weren't crisp, sort of scribbled. Ruined a nice design.
Sorry if my use of design language is insufficiently precise.
PS Antoine played well, but Sheffield Utd are doomed
