I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Kalas offered a reduced terms deal, based on games played, rather like Bakes was

The photo on sky, makes the FGR look very scruffy! I thought was DF on the left at first, as DF looks more like an owner than the owner!
I like that, don't see why either of them should posh up for a photo

Appreciate women’s football is different but having been battered 6 nil, could you imagine the stick the blokes would get if they came over to the stands after the game smiling for photos
I would imagine some of the Saudi megabucks made it to the ladies' team. Besides, why shouldn't they enjoy themselves?

Lovely stuff, that little flik-flak by HNM, too...such a shame
I'm pretty sure he's (AS) off to Palace, good luck to the lad, I can see him really doing it

Then it's not a done deal !
They have to say "it's a done deal" to make it a done deal, otherwise it can't be a done deal and the deals not done.I'm sure we all agree, done
Look, they've been spotted checking out houses in Clevedon...oh

1. Nope
2. Yes, but…with it being Palace, could it possibly include a loan back? How we replace him will be interesting to see. I’ve mentioned Ogbene a lot, but you could go for someone very different.
With Semenyo’s money we have an opportunity to strengthen in many ways.
I'm not sure there'd be a loan back, Palace probably need goals.
How would you use the money if he were sold?

We could conceivably be sat there with a registration form and contract all signed for a new player waiting to be “faxed” over to the EFL / FA (whoever it is).
ITK, Dave?
And (Devil's advocate) - do we need to replace him?

Has represented Russia internationally but without a cap at first-team level so far as I can tell. Bit uncomfortable time to sign a Russian international, capped or not? Or am I overthinking it?
He's a Russian/Israeli/British hybrid. Between those three nations, pretty much always an uncomfortable time to sign him!

I have a feeling that Palace will be the one.

Not at all aimed at you @RedRoss but I simply don’t understand football fans obsession with players being keen to move to clubs near to where they come from - unless of course they support said club.
People in all walks of life move to other parts of the country for work reasons indeed, some move to different continents!
In this case Palace may be the right move for the player , if they are genuinely interested, I doubt location would be high on the list of deciding factors if he has more than one offer.
Explain homesick Scots, then - we've had a few down the years!

I was at home, listening on the radio in Oxford, all on my jack. I went 'Ken Mental when we scored, then felt all alone with no-one to share it with.
Mind you, I do still claim credit for being the first person to spark up their lighter at AG when the floodlights failed...

Can’t imagine it would be that low. Logic dictates that it would cover any loss from his disposal with regards to FFP.
Reported on the Beeb, IIRC

Palace would be a good move for the lad, he'd learn a lot.
But remember, Semenyo isn't a striker, they score goals...

This all makes sense. Regardless of whether Bents is the better keeper (debatable), Max is number 1, he's got a contract, and Bents wants to go to the Prem.
Plus (the crucial point), this relieves some pressure on the wage bill. The fee (£50k?) is nominal, which reflects the importance of getting a high-wage player off the books.
It does create a conundrum about who is our back-up, but this can be overcome. I still think that loaning out Bajic was a sensible move, it keeps him happy, gives him games AND puts him in line for the France U21s.

over to you Nigel
My lad's a keeper, too. Mind you, he's only 5'11", and probably not very good. But he'd be cheap!

Still think Bentley is better then Max.
Bentley will leave in the summer. Max won't. Pointless putting Bentley in.
And I'm not sure I agree.
