I think one poster rounds up from the original , then they repeat it often enough they believe it. They got 26, call it 30. Then we had over 30, call it 35 for emphasis etc etc . That or they saw we actually took 40+ and liked that number and wanted to be like us.

We were lucky. Got on a pretty much empty train at TM, they had put extra on, then tubes were waiting straight to the pub. As easy as that.

You must be doing it wrong, although I know what you mean if you go in the wrong pubs. For the JPT we stayed on the tube for an extra stop (Holbourne?) Found a decent pub and met a coach load of lads I hadn't seen for years, brilliant day out.

That is why on the rare occasion I go on one of their forums , I don't last more than a minute or so. I know we laugh at it, and and their hypocrisy, but the delusion really is international class and mind boggling. Ignore the 26k for a massive game, but slag others off for taking more !!! They are truly a rare and pathetic (in)breed.

Definition of Tinpot, announcing to your supporters (who are waiting to hear about a shiny new ground) that you're getting the decorators in to smarten the place up a bit

This a thousand times !

I may be wrong but he strikes me as a Michael Knighton type figure(think I've got the right guy). Seems to love the spotlight, wasn't he on the lap of honour? He's done Gloucs Rd to I believe. If I was of the blue persuasion I'd be a little concerned, not really done much so far financially , sprinklers apart , but likes to be seen as some sort of hero figure. I may be being unfair but after all the hype etc it must be a little worrying. Although the lies persist, even Sky mentioned your billionaire owner during the Millwall game .

Great read as always, and as has been said the lack of @havanatopia match day threads will leave a hole during the summer. I've said it before (and whether deliberate or a lucky moment) the season almost hinged on SL's statement that LJ will be manager until HE says otherwise! Pretty much from then on in , decenting voices and demos were quietened and the team re-energised. We ended up getting the results (even bettering) that many had expected which just about saved our year. For those point scorers who gloated at the lack of demos trust me , the supporters of this club have the capacity for demos and in during my years of support I've seen read and heard of them. Personally , as my first 'kit' was about 66ish , I like the all Red. I can remember being chuffed to bits with my Birthday present, plain red shirt/shorts/socks, no fancy badge or numbers or bloody sponsor ! That said I do like the away kit and a similar home with white shorts and socks would be good. Not sure who I'd like to get relegated, said for a time that Blackburn will but would be funny if Forest or Brum did..... not for them obviously. Anyway , would be nice to see Tammy end up top scorer but against a side fighting for their life it will be difficult. I'd like to see Taylor score and for McCoulsky get a decent run out, not much then eh? I'll go City to win 3-1 .... Tammy 2 McCoulsky to get a late one. COYR,OTIB,FTG. and a massive thanks and well done to @havanatopia

Sky commentary on Bolton game, gAss equalise. idiot No1 "exciting season for them next year with the Billionaire Jordanians behind them" Idiot No2 "massive potential at that club, took 35,000 to Wembley for the playoff final" Two things, 1) they get their facts from Asschat ! 2) everyone at Wembley supported the family club !! What you do in your own time is you own affair

Does look like we could have had more, but I would have taken a point before the game. FF doesn't look too clever for their goal (might be the angle) , and I wish Taylor could hit the target, but survival is what it's all about for the time being. http://www.skysports.com/football/blackburn-vs-bristol-c/358616

Looking a lot healthier than a few weeks ago, think I'd be twitching a bit if I was drum or Forest. Still think it will finish as it is now though. CITY (48 points) (GD-7) Barnsley (H) Sat 22nd April Brighton (A) Sat 29th April Birmingham (H) Sun 7th May BIRMINGHAM 47 points (GD -21) Villa (A) Sun 23rd April Huddersfield (H) Sat 29th April City (A) Sun 7th May FOREST (45 points) (GD-12) Reading (H) Sat 22nd April QPR (A) Sat 29th April Ipswich (H) Sun 7th May BLACKBURN (41 points) (GD-16) Wolves (A) Sat 22nd April Villa (H) Sat 29th April Brentford (A) Sun 7th May

On a ground/stadium page on FB a gAss head said it was the biggest following for 20+ years and that they hadn't played Con since 1963 so novelty value for sure. Very good following (al be it deluded) which ever way you stack it up. How sad they lost. I'm claiming last weeks 4-0 and today Gastastrophy as my work, I so bad at betting that all I have to do to get someone to lose is bet on them. Did Hudd's last week (deliberately) and that sorry lot today , by my recconing if I bet on every team we play we could be safe in 3 weeks
