Not great optics for Mr Gill

The ‘we don’t need a ceo under the new structure’ still rattles me every time I think about it. Talk about leadership vacuum. Don’t need a ceo/day to day leader & figurehead. Who in their right mind, no matter the size of the business, thinks that. ******* class.

Why is SL allowing City to stagnate, and even regress?

Lost interest, wants to hand it over but also won’t let someone else handle it. Almost the same vibes as an abusive ex. -
@NcnsBcfc Scott Bartlett being a ******* whopper again I see…. Imagine my shock!!!
-
Would be amazed if they released ST information soon, will no doubt post it as soon as we next have a win or even draw under our belts.

Him & King gone is going to leave one ******* hell of a leadership vacuum. Who do the new signings look up to as inspiration? Naismith will arguably become our biggest player, never fit. Knight will become captain, but still very young. Wells? Losing those two & Weimann in one window concerns me more than anything else tbh.

Well according to Chris Honor on radio Bristol post match “Can’t criticise anyone of the hierarchy, look at the stadium, look how much they’ve done for the club, they’re Bristolian” **** me dead. Made me want to cut my ears off.

I really think a big part of his downfall is the whole ‘don’t show any emotion’ lines. It’s why so many never warmed to SO’D. Admitting that you shouldn’t have celebrated with fans after a win, or that players shouldn’t show frustration on the pitch when losing, sucks all connection out of club and fans. Which is quite ironic, given loads never warmed to the previous regime because they didn’t do a lap of the pitch clapping the fans at FT. Comparing the connection between fans and players/staff from then to now, is absolute night and day.

Absolutely terrible. Only way he would’ve come across worse was if he were to say the fans were terrific.

20 games, goals from open play: Conway - 1 Wells - 1 & there’s still a decent volume of fans who think he just need a striker to make it all tick.

How funny… apparently they (he) worked in training yesterday on the exact thing we conceded from. So it’s all the players fault. Awful post match presser. He’s making things worse. -
Spent most the game just shouting at players for his own errors. Anyone notice what his spat with Dickie was about at ft?
-
My Main concern is the more ‘free training weeks’ he has, the worse we get. Admitted in the week that we can’t play the way he really wants to with the players we have. All a right mess
-
Main striker has managed 1 goal in open play since manning came in. Empty spaces on the bench. The more ‘free training weeks’, the worst we get. Not a hope in hell of any new debuts from the academy. yeah…. today is certainly me done for the season. I thought there was no chance in hell LM would be under any pressure until having a pre season, but carry on like we have done over the last few weeks and he deserves the sack, sadly.

Hes by far the only one to come out of today with any credit. Rest of them were totally emotionless spineless pricks. -

I’m amazed at what I’m seeing here. Absolutely no movement, no urgency and no pace to anything -

I’ll be absolutely astounded if he leaves it like it is for the rest of the game -

Reeks of everyone on and off the pitch not even wanting to be here. Hell of a ‘response’ to qpr & sheff wed performances so far -
