Oh please, bollox to the financial situation there are NO excuses for the schoolboy defending we are dished up almost week in week out under Pearson. Whilst I appreciate the financial constraints he is under there is more than enough experience in our defensive ranks for him and Fleming to be getting more out of. It’s shameful to be honest.

People can say all they want about how much of a shitshow he inherited but the basic lack of being able to get us organised at the back is starting to become more than a worry for me now. No excuses for some of the appalling goals we let in time and time again.

I think you are right and I’d imagine the bean counters have told the board as much and they have everything crossed we can bring in £50 mill or there abouts this summer.

I think questions will start to get asked of Pearson soon enough by a wider section of the fanbase to be honest. I am still behind him but for me its the defensive issues that i am finding totally unacceptable. He seems to be unable to get us solid at the back which is a worry.

Kalas all at sea yet again. I know many rave about him on here but I’ve always struggled to warm to him to be honest. Obviously HNM mistakes starts the move off for them but christ for an £8 mill defender to have such bad awareness is shocking.

100% behind him. He has everything stacked against him here financially at the moment - it’s a tough job made even tougher i feel by the meddling of the Lansdown family. I don’t think anyone can’t knock the job he is doing under difficult circumstances.
