I also think he's done wonders outside of the actual results, which sounds a bit ridiculous, but bringing through youth players and buying into the club culture will stand in good stead if he can get through this patch and actually make use of a 'normal' transfer window at some point. I think in isolation it would be fine, you could put it down to him being in a bad mood, but for some Pearson's reputation will precede him. It's not that long ago where he had that episode when trying to belittle a journalist, before being absolutely put in his place by Pat Murphy. Of course in some cases it may be justified, but Ali Durden has never struck me as anything other than a pretty fair and easy going interviewer, and we don't really know what's happened off camera or in previous interviews either. I'm a fan of Nige, and I'm grateful that he says things as they are. That doesn't mean you need to try to put down people who are just doing their job. But I will agree with some in that if this is literally the only instance of it, the reaction is definitely overkill.

I think if you're going for a premium phone nowadays, no matter what you get it's going to be pretty decent. Sounds like you might be able to save a bit of money between the Samsung and the Google though - it would be easier to make an educated guess if you could share which models you're considering. The user experience between the 2 would be largely the same, but one might have an edge in terms of camera, battery time, price, etc.

Works perfectly for me, paying about £8 a month. You get more sport than you can dream of, certainly more than you'd get via Virgin/Sky, etc at home. It can be a bit iffy at times so make sure you have decent Internet, but I've had it for a good few years now.

Best of luck, supposedly resale is always your best chance. And even more so this year, with the likely number of people not wanting to pay such a large final amount. SeeTickets really need to sort it out - anecdotally, everyone I know who got tickets managed so after it had sold out. And we were through multiple times during the normal booking process, only to be kicked out when pressing the final purchase button. An absolute ****show and it's way more stressful than it needs to be.

It's a decent album imo, a few good/nice tracks. Body Paint is very Bowie-esque, a strong song. Problem is, just like the last album, it's not Arctic Monkeys is it? It's a side project, or something else, it's just not what we associate with AM. And in terms of being 'different', the previous one was a much better album imo, particularly if you listen back now. Seeing them live will still be fine. There will be a few from the new album no doubt, but they still play the bangers.

Appreciate the sentiment here, but people have tried this tactic with eating meat for years and it works to an extent, but not entirely well. Though something is of course better than nothing. The whole country really needs a grown up approach to drug use - probably not starting at coke, but at some point. I'm not sure what it looks like just yet, but a grown up law surrounding it would help eliminate a huge amount of the problem. As it stands, it is dodginess from end to end, and that involves a huge amount of people. It's not safe or beneficial to anyone.
