Kyle Walker was always one of those. It took him till he signed for Man City to be proactive. I don't think this lad is going to be anywhere near the level of Walker though. He makes runs with the ball into areas where there isn't any support, gets isolated and loses possession. He is struggling today poor lad. Trouble is it puts the coach in the position of 'Do I hook him and risk ruining his confidence?' but if you don't you are prioritising your perception of one individual's needs over the others.

Having watched the 3 games it seems to me that Scotty and Chucky are the main players but the team isn't really built to get the most out of them. I get that it's age group football and it's about development but Scott has played about 4 different positions in less than 2 games. They would do better with 1 bone fide holding midfielder with Scotty and Chucky as 2 8s and 2 up front. 3 5 2 basically.
