£1m for Bielik would be likewise a good deal for the other BCFC although he has had some injuries otherwise it would be an excellent deal for them IMO. No, FFP,l was a UEFA invention. Not sure FIFA were ever especially bothered. They occasionally complained about solvency issues and the risk of investors becoming bored and leaving clubs high and dry.
