CotswoldRed
Reality TV and the general move to 'sheep' culture. Everyone seems to listen to the music they're told to listen to by X Factor, they eat the same crap food, drink the same cheap lager, shop in the same shops (IKEA and Tesco mainly). Seems there's little room for individuality or creative thinking any more. I've never watched X Factor. I must be the only one. And the very recent proliferation of phrases like - "you know" "I mean" "yeah, no" like everything else, the media is leading to a contraction of language. We'll only be left with grunting soon. Women who can fill an hour of time talking about absolutely nothing ......OK then, women.
