iamsober
He is now 1/2 on for the job and clear favourite. Worrying we are going for the cheap option, with a bloke who is a gamble and has no championship managerial experience and a yes man to Steve Lansdown. When cotterill left I thought we were gonna move on to bigger and better things but seems we want to go backwards
View from the Dolman
Because this time it matters who the favourite is? When Pembo was favourite, did he get the job? When Psycho was favourite, did he get the job?

arrytheb
Or we can all just wait and see who gets appointed instead of complaining about the lastest person who someone has chucked 50 quid on with the bookies.

Let's all bet on @SecretSam to be next manager, then when they slash his odds and make him favourite we can all bet on Pembo and double our money! So if you can make yourself favourite with a 10k bet I will give you your 10k back plus a tenner for your hassle
YorkshireSection
Just what we need a long standing experienced championship manager, if this actually happens we've just wasted a load of money on some decent players. on the plus side hopefully Pete will back in on the scouting mission he so excellently proceeded with before. Granted, it might not be the most inspiring appointment, but how can it be branded a backwards step before we know how it pans out..?

Without having to seek any sort of authority they will take bets up to £5k. So you're wrong there mate.

Guest
I think its such a small market that a flurry of best (10, maybe) would move anyone on the current list. Just like Appleton did early on.
