The Official Hull City v Bristol City Match Day Thread

Recommended Posts

Look at the facts:

We have multiple loan signings playing.

We're playing someone who's been a left back for two or more seasons in central midfield, where he's still adapting.

We're missing Korey Smith.

We have a relatively new manager who's never managed at Championship level before.

The rest of the team are still only playing their first Championship season.

We have a striker still in his first season in English football having to lead the line.

We're playing against strong promotion challengers with former Premier League players.

This is going to happen sometimes.

Other than Pack's saving tackle in the first half, and Bryan's shot just then, our midfield has been dominated by Hull today.

Smith has been sorely missed.

Think the international break has done is no favours; Hull got a chance to regroup, we lost our momentum.

About Packs saving tackle... Don't you think he was fortunate to not have a penalty awarded against him?

It's worth thinking about the fact that Hull's team is packed full of £35k players. Bobby Reid probably isn't on a tenth of that.

I think it's worth thinking that none of your post precludes our midfield from competing, because they must know that they will have to compete on Tuesday night, that is a given and if they play like today we will lose.
