Fiale Posted July 6, 2016 Report Share Posted July 6, 2016 Welcome Lee - never doubted the signing would happen Nice that we have a person who can hold the ball, create chances, score from open play, decent penalties and can put the ball in the back of the net from free kicks - he must be worth 10-15 goals and a lot of assist for the rest of the team - from what we have seen so far, we should have at least a mid table season and it looks like with some really good teams in this league we are going to see a lot of highs and lows, a entertaining season ahead. It's also a statement to our current players, that we can attract quality players. O'Neil and Tomlin are two good players at championship level, and suggests we're wanting to compete. Didn't O'Neil say in his interview he was encouraged by the type of players we were looking at? Certainly , not an ITK but wouldn't be at all surprised if we now saw a number of transfers / loans being completed over the next couple of days.
